Mick Lopez has been named to the top finance spot at technology and innovation services company Aricent Group. He succeeds David Freedman, who is leaving the firm. Lopez is a former vice president of corporate finance and operations at Cisco Systems.
Duke Manufacturing Co. has announced that Larry Reader, who has led the finance function for the past 11 years, will retire next year and will start working on a part-time basis in January to help in the transition. Scott Graves, who joined the company this month, will take over for him at the food-service equipment designer and manufacturer.
John Hadley has been appointed finance chief of Crown Partners, a provider of e-business solutions. Previously, he was finance leader for aeroderivative products at GE Energy’s Power & Water Division.
Eric Emans has been named CFO and treasurer of metasearch product developer InfoSpace Inc. Emans was corporate controller from 2006 until 2008 and chief accounting officer from 2008 until he became interim CFO and treasurer in August.
