John Vandemore | Levi Strauss & Co.
John Vandemore will become chief financial officer of Levi Strauss & Co. on Nov. 1. Vandemore joins the denim maker from footwear maker Skechers, where he has been CFO for the last nine years. Before Skechers, he was EVP and CFO of global brands and commercial sales for Mattel. He was earlier chief financial officer and treasurer of International Game Technology, and he held leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, including as CFO of Walt Disney Imagineering. Vandemore succeeds Harmit Singh, who is retiring. Singh will remain a special adviser to the company through Nov. 30.
Rachita Sundar | Zendesk
Zendesk named Rachita Sundar as the customer service platform firm’s new finance chief. Sundar was most recently chief financial officer of Qualtrics, a survey software company. Earlier roles include senior vice president of finance at HubSpot and senior finance director at Microsoft US. Sundar replaces Julie Swinney, who became CFO in 2023 after briefly holding the role on an interim basis. Swinney will become Zendesk’s chief administrative officer and executive sponsor of its employee service business, which the company says is a growing area of focus.
Jeremy Fox-Geen | Circle Internet Group
Jeremy Fox-Geen is stepping down as CFO of Circle Internet Group. He will remain in his role through the end of the year unless the stablecoin issuer finds his replacement sooner. Fox-Geen joined Circle in May 2021 and played a key role in its $1.2 billion initial public offering in June 2025. He previously served as chief financial officer at Safehold, iStar and McKinsey & Company. A separate filing on the same day as Fox-Geen’s departure announcement shows that Circle co-founder and director P. Sean Neville resigned from the board for personal reasons. Neville’s resignation reduces the company's board from eight to seven members.
Russell Tiejema | Vestis
Russell Tiejema was appointed chief financial officer of Vestis, a uniforms and workplace supplies company. Tiejema was most recently CFO of US LBM, a specialty building materials firm. Before that, he spent almost nine years as CFO of Masonite International, an interior and exterior doors manufacturer and distributor. He started his career at General Motors, where he held several financial leadership roles. Tiejema succeeds Adam Bowen, who has been interim chief financial officer since Dec. 16, 2025. Bowen will remain with the company through the end of October.
Trent Ziegler | Cars.com
Automotive sales marketplace Cars.com appointed Trent Ziegler as its next CFO. Ziegler will become chief financial officer-designate on Oct. 19 and move into the CFO seat on Nov. 6. Ziegler joins the company from fintech holding company FairSquare, where he has been CFO since August 2024. Before that, he worked at online lending marketplace LendingTree for over 11 years, most recently as chief financial officer. Ziegler succeeds Sonia Jain, who has been CFO since October 2022. This was Jain’s second run as the company’s finance chief, as she previously held the top finance spot from July 2020 to April 2022. Between the stints, she was CFO of Convoy, a digital freight network firm.
Cody Perdue | Albertsons Companies
Cody Perdue was named interim chief financial officer of Albertsons Companies while it looks for a permanent hire. Perdue will continue in his role as the grocer’s senior vice president of treasury, investor relations and risk management. Before joining Albertsons in 2013, he worked at Deloitte and Touche. Perdue replaces Sharon McCollam, who is retiring. McCollam retired from Best Buy in 2016, where she was EVP, chief administrative officer and CFO, before joining Albertsons as president and CFO in 2021. McCollam will work in an advisory capacity through Feb. 27, 2027. The executive changes come as Albertsons expanded its board from 11 to 14 members.
Kathy Cherian | David's Bridal
Kathy Cherian was named chief financial officer of David's Bridal. Cherian joins the retailer from Magnolia, a lifestyle and home decor company, where she has been CFO since 2024. Before that, she spent over 12 years at Nike, where she held senior finance leadership roles, including finance chief of Nike Canada. Former CFO Rob Cooper left the company in March as part of a leadership shakeup. Cooper worked at the company for 20 years in finance leadership roles and took over as chief financial officer in September 2023.
Jennifer Hays | Gunnison Copper
Gunnison Copper hired Jennifer Hays as its new chief financial officer, effective Oct. 12. Hays joins the company from U.S. defense and space company PacSci EMC, where she has been CFO since June 2022. She earlier spent over 16 years with Intel in senior finance positions, including as CFO of Intel Federal LLC, an Intel subsidiary that manages partnerships with the U.S. federal government. Hays replaces Fabio Rocha, who has been interim chief financial officer since May. Rocha will be promoted to senior director of accounting and reporting from his previous role as director of accounting and reporting.
