John Bax has been named CFO at RecycleBank, a recycling rewards program. Bax headed finance at Sentient for four years, and before that was vice president of planning and analysis at Wal-Mart Stores.
Duke Energy Corp. has promoted Lynn Good to the post of group executive and CFO, replacing David Hauser, who has left the company. Good had been group executive and president of the energy company’s commercial businesses.
Visual communications and brand-imaging company Merisel Inc. has named VictorCisario CFO and executive vice president of finance. Previously, he was CFO at Outside Ventures LLC.
Host Analytics Inc., a provider of Software-as-a-Service corporate performance management, has appointed Kelley Bodnar Battles CFO. Battles comes to the company from Cisco Systems, which acquired IronPort Systems, where she was vice president of finance.
Private aviation company XOJET has named Mark Long to head finance. A former executive at Northwest Airlines, Long arrives from investment-banking firm Skyworks Capital LLC.
Entech Solar Inc. has promoted Sandy Martin to CFO. She joined the company in March as corporate controller and was named chief accounting officer in April.

has been promoted to senior vice president and CFO of energy-delivery company Pepco Holdings Inc. He takes over from Paul Barry, who has resigned from the company. Previously, Kamerick was senior vice president and chief regulatory officer at Pepco.
