Pizza restaurant chain Shakey’s USA Inc. has named Jake LaJoie to head finance. Previously, he was a vice president at Argonne Capital Group.

William Arnold will be the new finance chief at asset-management company Neuberger Berman, effective in March. Most recently, he was head of corporate finance at Citigroup.

Technology and telecommunications company Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group has appointed Michael Grendi to lead the finance function. He joins Beacon from Travelex, where he was CFO of the Americas division.

Developers Diversified Realty Corp. has promoted David Oakes to CFO. Previously, Oakes was chief investment officer, senior executive vice president of finance, and interim CFO at the company.

Charlie Ryan is the new finance chief at SenSage Inc., a security intelligence solutions provider. Formerly, he was vice president of strategy and corporate development at Hewlett-Packard’s Services business.

Peter Osborne has been named interim CFO at Hansen Medical Inc., a medical-robotics developer. He succeeds Steve Van Dick, who has resigned. Most recently, Osborne was an independent consultant; before that, he was CFO, vice president of finance and administration, and treasurer of VNUS Medical Technologies Inc.

Raser Technologies Inc. has appointed John Perry to the top finance spot, effective March 10. Perry comes to the environmental energy technology firm from Nord Resources Corp., where he most recently served as president and CEO.

John Sheehan will be the new CFO of pharmaceutical company Mylan Inc., effective April 1. He currently leads the finance function at Delphi Automotive LLP.

Trevor Roberts has been named finance chief at integrated network management software provider Codima Inc. He is a former accountant at Grant Thornton and a former partner at Wingrave Yeats, an accounting firm.
