CFO Cathie Lesjak will add to her responsibilities by becoming interim CEO at Hewlett-Packard following the resignation of Mark Hurd. Lesjak has been at the company for 24 years and has been finance chief since 2007.
Siemens Enterprise Communications has named Henning Rehder head of finance. Previously, he spent almost 30 years at Unilever, where he worked in finance, treasury, and M&A for various divisions. Rehder takes over from Stephen Jones, who has been CFO since 2008 and will remain at the company in an executive role.
Forensic-accounting firm RGL Forensics has selected Angela MacPhee to lead the finance function. Most recently, she held various positions at O’Neal Steel Inc., including CFO of its Timberline Steel division.
Tiffany Kice will become CFO and treasurer of CEC Entertainment Inc. on August 16. She joins the operator of Chuck E. Cheese’s stores from KPMG LLP, where she has been an audit partner since 2006.
Software-as-a-Service provider XIFIN Inc. has named Craig Kussman to the top finance spot. Previously, he headed finance at Breach Security, where he also was co-CEO.
Michael Rispoli has been promoted to CFO at real-estate services and investment firm Grubb & Ellis Co. He will also stay on as CFO of the firm’s investment-management subsidiary, Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors LLC. Matthew Engel, who has been interim CFO of the parent company since May, has also been promoted; his new role is executive vice president, finance.
Ultrasound company SonoSite Inc.’s Mike Schuh has retired as finance chief, and will be succeeded by Marcus Smith, who has been at the firm since 2007. Schuh will stay at SonoSite up to the end of the year to aid in the transition.
Chris Joseph is the new head of finance at Tribridge, a business and IT-services consultancy. Joseph joined Tribridge in May when it acquired Mercatus, a firm he founded and where he was CEO.
Covanta Holding Corp. has named Sanjiv Khattri to lead the finance function, effective August 16. Most recently a consultant, he is a former CFO of General Motors Acceptance Corp.
Linda Nila has been named to the top finance spot at The Boldt Co. She comes to the construction firm from Pepper Construction Co., where she was senior vice president/CFO.
