Antoinette McCorvey has been promoted to finance chief at Eastman Kodak Co., effective November 5. McCorvey, currently director of investor relations, will succeed Frank Sklarsky, who has resigned to become CFO of Tyco International Ltd.

Genworth Financial Inc. has named finance chief Patrick Kelleher president and CEO, retirement and protection. Kevin Walker, most recently senior vice president of group planning and controlling at Allianz SE, has been appointed CFO, retirement and protection, at Genworth.

Technology-based language-learning provider Rosetta Stone Inc. has appointed Stephen Swad to the top finance spot, effective November 9. Swad is a former CFO of Fannie Mae, AOL, and Comverse Technology.

Kenneth Hanks has resigned as CFO and treasurer of financial-services firm SWS Group Inc. Stacy Hodges, CFO of subsidiary Southwest Securities Inc., will become interim CFO. Hanks had been in his current posts since 2002.

Medical-device company Alphatec Spine Inc. has named Michael O’Neill treasurer and CFO. He replaces Peter Wulff, who will take on the newly created post of senior vice president, strategic initiatives. Previously, O’Neill was CFO of Mentor Corp.

Geokinetics Inc. has appointed Gary Pittman to lead the finance function. Before joining the geophysical-services company, Pittman headed finance at several other firms, including Edge Petroleum and Coho Energy.

Solid-state drive manufacturer OCZ Technology Group Inc. has announced that CFO Kerry Smith has resigned from the company. Arthur Knapp, finance chief at the firm from 2005 until 2009 and currently vice president of finance, will serve as interim CFO until a replacement for Smith is found.

Amin Khalifa has been named corporate vice president of finance at in vitro diagnostics firm Iris International Inc., and will become finance chief the day after the company files its 10-Q for the third quarter. Most recently a management consultant, Khalifa is a former CFO of Leap Wireless.

Tsipi Kagan has been appointed head of finance at Ceragon Networks, effective November 1. She takes over from Tali Idan, who will stay on in a financial-advisory role. Previously, Kagan was CFO of Xjet Ltd.

Surgical Care Affiliates has appointed Gregory Cunniff to the top finance spot. He joins the specialty-surgical-services provider from National Surgical Care, where he also served as CFO.
