Jack Callahan will resign as head of finance at Dean Foods Co., effective November 30. He will be replaced on December 1 by chief accounting officer Shaun Mara. Mara, who joined the company in June, previously was senior vice president of finance at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.

Xsigo Systems Inc. has named Karen Willem to lead the finance function. Formerly, she was CFO of Openwave Systems.

Dan Jackson has been appointed CFO of Red Lion Hotels Corp. Formerly controller of Red Lion Hotels Inc. when it was held by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., Jackson most recently was finance chief at Knowledge Learning Corp.

Barry Capoot is the new head of finance at Rivet Software. He is a former CFO of Diamond Wire Material Technologies.

Granite Construction Inc. has promoted Laurel Krzeminski to the top finance spot. Krzeminski, who has been at the company since 2008, was corporate controller before she took over as interim CFO in June.

Real estate investment trust SL Green Realty Corp. has named James Mead as its new CFO, effective December 1. He takes over from Gregory Hughes, who will leave the company when his contract expires on November 30. From 2004 until earlier this year, Mead was CFO of Strategic Hotels and Resorts.

Coreen Sawdon has been named finance chief of Cantor Gaming. Most recently, she was chief accounting officer and acting CFO of Shuffle Master Inc.

Diversified insurance holding company Unitrin Inc. has appointed Dennis Vigneau to the top finance spot. He is a former CFO of the Retirement and Protection Segment at Genworth Financial.
