Jeff Kaminski will become head of finance at homebuilder KB Home, effective June 7. Most recently, he was CFO of Federal-Mogul Corp.

Qliance Medical Management Inc. has named Robert Nakahara to lead finance. He comes to the firm from financial-consulting company Tatum LLC, where he was a partner.

Mitchell Butier has been promoted to the top finance spot at Avery Dennison Corp., effective June 1. He takes over from Daniel O’Bryant, who will become executive vice president, business development. Butier joined the company in 2000 and has been chief accounting officer and corporate vice president, global finance, since 2007.

Intelligent Data Access Networking provider Gigamon has named Aidan Cullen finance chief. Previously, he was CFO of Sylantro Systems.

Timothy MacCarrick has resigned as CFO of Crane Co. Two current officers of the industrial-products manufacturer will now head finance: controller and principal accounting officer Richard Maue, who will now also be responsible for environmental and tax issues, and treasurer Andrew Krawitt, who has been named the company’s principal financial officer.

Temperature-controlled carrier Frozen Food Express Industries Inc. has elected John McManama to head finance. He has been interim CFO since November.

LeAnne Stewart has resigned as CFO of Granite Construction Inc. Corporate controller Laurel Krzeminski, who has been at the company since 2008, will take over as interim CFO, effective June 1.

Ethernet-services company Hatteras Networks Inc. has named Vincent Zumbo to lead the finance function. Most recently, he was CFO of Fortisphere.

Real-estate investment trust Healthcare Trust of America Inc. has promoted Kellie Pruitt to the CFO post. She has been the firm’s principal financial officer and chief accounting officer since January 2009.
