Head of finance John Shroyer will leave Alliant Techsystems Inc. after it reports its first-quarter earnings on August 4. Effective August 8, controller Tom Sexton will serve as interim CFO at the defense, aerospace, and commercial-products firm until a permanent successor to Shroyer is found.
Business consultancy Huron Consulting Group has appointed C. Mark Hussey CFO and treasurer. He replaces James Rojas, who was named chief operating officer in March but stayed on as CFO and treasurer until the posts were filled. Previously, Hussey headed finance at Crosscom National LLC.
American Reprographics Co. has named John Toth as its new finance chief. He takes over from Jonathan Mather, who is retiring from the large-format document reproduction provider. A former CFO of Bell-Carter Foods and of Fresh Express Inc., more recently Toth was a strategy consultant in new business development to Chiquita Brands International Inc.
Energy producer Cano Petroleum Inc. has selected John Homier to be CFO and secretary. He had been president and CEO of NGP Capital Resources.
Stefan Schulz has been appointed head of finance at Digital River Inc. He succeeds Tom Donnelly, who was promoted to president of the e-commerce provider in March. Schulz comes to the company from Lawson Software, where he was CFO.
Catalyst Health Solutions Inc. has named Timothy Pearson to lead the finance function, effective August 22. He is now finance chief of MedImmune, a subsidiary of AstraZeneca PLC.
Sustainable-chemical company Genomatica Inc. has appointed Michael Keane to the top finance spot. Most recently, he headed finance at Clipper Windpower Inc.; before that, he was CFO of Computer Sciences Corp.
Kristen Magnuson has been named finance chief at Webtrends Inc. She is a former CFO of JDA Software Group.
