Jean-Marc Huet is leaving his post as finance chief at pharmaceutical firm Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. at the end of the year to take the same position at Unilever. He will be replaced on an interim basis at by Charles Bancroft, who has been named acting CFO. Bancroft joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1984 and most recently served as vice president, finance, for its global pharmaceutical business.

Clear Channel Communications Inc. has appointed Tom Casey to the top finance spot, effective January 1. Previously, he was CFO at Washington Mutual.

Dennis Lacey will be the new CFO at business-process-outsource service provider Stream Global Services Inc., effective January 4. Most recently, he was head of capital markets at private investment firm Republic Financial Corp.

Social-game developer Playdom Inc. has named Christa Quarles to head finance. She is a former managing director of Internet services at Thomas Weisel Partners, an investment-banking firm.

In order to reduce costs, ATC Technology Corp. is combining the chief accounting officer and chief financial officer positions. As a result, CAO John Pinkerton will add the CFO post to his responsibilities.

Senior vice president of finance and operations Thomas Elliott will add the title of CFO at asset-management company Resource America Inc. He takes over from Steven Kessler, who had been finance chief since 1997. Kessler has retired from that post and is now chairman of Resource Capital Corp., a real estate investment trust that is managed and sponsored by Resource America.

IT-services firm Keane Inc. has named David Kaminsky to lead the finance function. He replaces Ed Timmes, who is leaving the company for the financial-consulting firm he founded. Kaminsky comes to the firm from Altegrity, where he also served as CFO.

Dennis Norman has been promoted to finance chief at Polymer Group Inc. Norman has been at the company for 10 years, most recently as vice president, strategy and corporate development.

Television company Belo Corp. has announced that CFO Dennis Williamson will retire in March. He will be replaced by Carey Hendrickson, who has been chief accounting officer since 2007.

Jerry White has been named CFO and COO at Avista Solutions Inc., a loan-origination software provider. Most recently, he was CFO of the Bankway Division of Metavante Banking Solutions.
