Scotts Miracle-Gro has promoted Randy Coleman to finance chief. He takes over from Larry Hilsheimer, who has left the firm. Coleman, who has been at the company since 1999, had been senior vice president of operating finance and enterprise performance analytics.
Retailer DSW has named Mary Meixelsperger to lead the finance function, effective May 1. She succeeds Douglas Probst, who is retiring. Most recently, she was CFO, treasurer and controller at Shopko.
