Scotts Miracle-Gro has promoted Randy Coleman to finance chief. He takes over from Larry Hilsheimer, who has left the firm. Coleman, who has been at the company since 1999, had been senior vice president of operating finance and enterprise performance analytics.

Retailer DSW has named Mary Meixelsperger to lead the finance function, effective May 1. She succeeds Douglas Probst, who is retiring. Most recently, she was CFO, treasurer and controller at Shopko.

Finance chief Neil Moses will add to his responsibilities at energy intelligence software provider EnerNOC: he has also been named chief operating officer. Previously, Moses headed finance at Dunkin’ Brands.

George McHenry, CFO and secretary of Hanger, is retiring at year-end. The company, which provides orthotic and prosthetic devices and patient care, is beginning a search for his replacement.

Cantel Medical has announced that CFO and treasurer Craig Sheldon is retiring in January. A search for his successor will start at the infection prevention and control products provider.

Anup Gupta has been named to lead the finance function at Decision Resources Group. Formerly, he was chief strategy officer at Parexel.

Kevin Charleston, who has headed finance at Loomis, Sayles & Co. since 2000, has been named president. He will also remain in the top finance spot at the investment firm.
