Anne Bramman | Best Buy
Best Buy appointed Anne Bramman as executive vice president and CFO, effective Aug. 19. Bramman most recently was chief financial and growth officer of consumer analytics company Circana. She earlier held CFO positions at Nordstrom, Avery Dennison and Carnival Cruise Line and held senior financial leadership roles at L Brands. Bramman currently serves on the boards of Morningstar and McCormick & Company. She succeeds Matt Bilunas, who left Best Buy at the end of last month after 20 years at the retailer and seven years as CFO.
Andy O’Brien | ConocoPhillips
ConocoPhillips CFO Andy O’Brien was promoted to president and chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1. O’Brien has worked at the oil and gas company for the last 28 years and has been finance chief since June 2025. The company has named Konnie Haynes-Welsh to replace O’Brien as CFO. Haynes-Welsh joined the oil and gas company in 2012 as a manager of SEC compliance and has been vice president of finance and controller since March 2025. Before joining the company, she held roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mariner Energy.
Jay Saccaro | Zoetis
Jay Saccaro was named to the newly created combined CFO and chief operating officer role at Zoetis, effective Aug. 17. Saccaro joins the animal health company from GE HealthCare, where he has been chief financial officer since 2023. Before GE HealthCare, he held CFO roles at Baxter International and Hill-Rom Corp. Saccaro replaces Wetteny Joseph as chief financial officer, who has held the role since June 2021. Joseph will become a special adviser to the CEO until early 2027.
Paulo Garcia | Pandora
Paulo Garcia will take over as chief financial officer of jewelry brand Pandora on Dec. 1. Since August 2021, Garcia has been CFO of Walmart Mexico and Central America (Walmex). He was earlier CFO of Europe and Indonesia for food retail group Ahold Delhaize and CFO of Europe at consumer goods group Unilever. Garcia succeeds Anders Boyer, who will retire on Nov, 30 after more than 14 years with Pandora, including eight years as CFO. Boyer will remain with the company until March 31, 2027, to help with the transition.
Darin Harper | Dave & Buster's
Dave & Buster's CFO, Darin Harper, will take over as chief executive officer of the restaurant and entertainment chain on Aug. 3. Harper joined Dave & Buster’s as chief financial officer in June 2024. Before that, he was CFO of World Choice Investments, a family entertainment attractions operator. He earlier held chief financial officer roles at Main Event Entertainment from March 2017 through its acquisition by Dave & Buster's in June 2022 and at restaurant chain On The Border. Harper succeeds Tarun Lal, who is retiring. Lal, who joined Dave & Buster's as CEO in July 2025, will serve as an adviser.
Kevin Kalicak | Portillo’s
Restaurant chain Portillo’s hired Kevin Kalicak as its new chief financial officer and treasurer, effective Sept. 7. Kalicak joins Portillo’s from Darden Restaurants, where he has held financial leadership for over 25 years. He was most recently senior vice president of finance of Olive Garden. Earlier, he was senior vice president of finance and investor relations of Darden. Kalicak replaces Michelle Hook, who left the company in May to become finance chief of Shake Shack.
Indira Agarwal | Agco Corp.
Farm equipment manufacturer Agco Corp. promoted Indira Agarwal to finance chief. Since June 2024, Agarwal has been the company’s vice president and chief accounting officer. Before that, she was vice president, chief accounting officer and controller of HF Sinclair and also led the company's FP&A organization. Agarwal succeeds Damon Audia, who was named president of its precision agriculture business PTx and corporate strategy. Audia has been Agco's CFO since 2022 and he previously held senior finance roles at Kennametal, Carpenter Technology Corporation and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
Sarah Glickman | Criteo
Sarah Glickman is stepping down as CFO of advertising technology firm Criteo. Glickman, who has been finance chief since 2020, will transition to an adviser role through the end of September. Connor McGogney will succeed Glickman as chief financial officer on Aug. 10. McGogney joined Criteo in 2018 and has held several leadership positions, including most recently as chief strategy officer. He earlier held vice president roles at Nielsen and Credit Suisse.
