David Vaillant | World Bank Group
David Vaillant was appointed managing director and chief financial officer of the World Bank Group. Vaillant joins the group after spending two decades at BNP Paribas, most recently as global head of finance, strategy and participations for BNP Paribas Asset Management. He previously was managing director and head of banking for EMEA at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking. Earlier in his career, Vaillant worked at the Banque de France. He started his career as an attorney advising companies on cross-border transactions. Vaillant succeeds Anshula Kant, who has been the group’s managing director and finance chief since 2019.
Eimear Bonner | Chevron
Chevron’s chief financial officer, Eimear Bonner, was named president of oil, products and gas, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Bonner has worked at the global energy company since 1998 and took over as CFO in March 2024. Bonner will be succeeded by Jeff Gustavson, who has been president of New Energies since August 2021. Gustavson joined the company in 1999 and has held roles across finance, M&A and investor relations.
James Dibbo | Pinterest
James Dibbo was named chief financial officer of Pinterest, effective Oct. 26. Dibbo joins the social media company from Amazon, where he has worked since 2016. He was most recently vice president and CFO for Global Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development. He was earlier CFO of restaurant chain P.F. Chang’s and he previously held senior finance leadership positions at Tesco and at BT Group. Dibbo succeeds Julia Brau Donnelly, who is leaving the company to become finance chief of Sierra, an AI customer experiences startup. Donnelly will work in an advisory capacity through Oct. 30.
K. Christopher Farkas | Curtiss-Wright
Defense contractor Curtiss-Wright’s EVP and chief financial officer, K. Christopher Farkas, will retire at the end of the year. Gary Ogilby, senior vice president and corporate controller, took on the additional role of interim CFO on Oct. 6 while the company searches for Farkas’ permanent replacement. Farkas, who has been finance chief since 2020, will remain with the company as executive vice president until his retirement. Ogilby joined Curtiss-Wright in 2010 and has been vice president and corporate controller since 2020 and senior vice president since 2026.
Carine Damois | Renault Group
Renault Group appointed Carine Damois as finance chief, effective Nov. 14. Damois joins the French carmaker from Michelin, where she has held several senior leadership roles over her 13-year tenure. She has been Michelin’s deputy chief financial officer since 2021. Damois succeeds Duncan Minto, who is leaving to “pursue new professional opportunities outside of the Group,” according to a press release. Minto has been CFO since March 2025 and held the interim CEO role for a brief period in July 2025.
Yoana Land | Scent Beauty
Scent Beauty hired Yoana Land as the fragrance company’s chief financial officer. Land most recently was a CFO adviser at Warburg portfolio companies and previously served as chief financial officer of Jaya Apparel Group. She earlier spent 10 years at L'Oréal, including as CFO of internal control and audit for North America. Land will work with CFO and co-founder Jim Shiah to support the transition. Shiah will work in an advisory capacity beginning in 2027.
Kelly Kennedy | RKD Group
Kelly Kennedy was named finance chief of fundraising and marketing firm RKD Group. Kennedy joins the company from payroll and HCM software provider Netchex, where she has been chief financial officer since July 2024. Before that, she was director of logistics FP&A and capital projects finance at Shopify. She earlier spent over eight years in financial leadership roles at PepsiCo, including in finance director roles, and earlier held analyst roles at Target.
Brian LaRose | Neighborhood Intelligence
Brian LaRose has resigned as chief financial officer of Neighborhood Intelligence, formerly Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. LaRose joined Bed Bath & Beyond as CFO in April after it acquired The Container Store, where he held the same role. The company named Alvarez & Marsal Managing Director Paul Kosturos as interim CFO. Kosturos has worked at the professional services firm since 2009 and specializes in interim CFO assignments, according to an SEC filing.
