Pinterest CFO Julia Brau Donnelly is leaving the company to become chief financial officer of Sierra, an AI customer experiences startup founded by OpenAI chairman and former Salesforce co-CEO Bret Taylor and former Google executive Clay Bavor. Donnelly, who has been finance chief of the social media platform since June 2023, will remain with the company until Oct. 30. Vikram Naidu, Pinterest’s vice president of finance and business operations, will take on the additional role of interim principal financial officer. Before joining the company in March 2024, Naidu was vice president of finance at Verkada, a physical security technology company, and he worked at ride-share company Lyft, including as vice president of FP&A and vice president of finance.
Jessica Fischer | Charter Communications
Jessica Fischer will step down as chief financial officer of Charter Communications on Oct. 15 to join a US-based data center technology joint venture formed by Google and Blackstone. Fischer joined Charter, the media company with services branded as Spectrum, as deputy treasurer in 2017 and took over as CFO in 2021 after working as executive vice president of finance. Kevin Howard, the company’s executive vice president, chief accounting officer and controller, was named interim chief financial officer while it looks for Fischer’s permanent replacement. Howard has worked at the company since 2002 and previously served as Charter's interim chief financial officer in 2010.
Dhananjay Mirchandani | Deutsche Telekom
Deutsche Telekom, Europe’s largest telecommunications company, is reorganizing some of its executive roles, including its top finance spot. On May 1, 2027, Dhananjay Mirchandani will take over as chief financial officer of Deutsche Telekom, which is the majority owner and parent company of T-Mobile US. Mirchandani joined the company in 2019 as head of finance and investment management in group development. Since 2024, he has been head of group controlling. Mirchandani succeeds Christian Illek, who will leave the company in April after two decades for “age-related reasons,” according to a press release.
Jessica Uhl | T‑Mobile
Jessica Uhl will take over as chief financial officer of T‑Mobile in February. Uhl, who was the former finance chief of Shell and was most recently president of GE Vernova, will join the wireless carrier as CFO designate in mid-September. Uhl succeeds Peter Osvaldik, who will assume a strategic adviser role until his retirement. Osvaldik joined the company in 2016 and has been CFO since 2020.
Michael Grasher | Teladoc Health
Teladoc Health hired Michael Grasher as the virtual care provider’s new finance chief. Grasher was most recently chief financial officer of property-casualty insurance organization IFG Companies. He earlier was CFO and executive vice president of both specialty insurer Fortegra and AMERISAFE, a workers' compensation insurance provider. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade in equity research as a buy- and sell-side analyst, including as a managing director at Piper Sandler. Teladoc’s former CFO, Mala Murthy, left the company in November 2025 to take over the top finance spot at human resources solutions firm TriNet.
Dave Hulays | The Hershey Company
The Hershey Company promoted Dave Hulays to chief financial officer. Hulays joined Hershey in 2012 and has been senior vice president of finance since May 2025. Before joining Hershey, he spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, most recently as finance director of global beauty care supply chain and innovation. Hulays succeeds Steve Voskuil, who will retire in early 2027. Voskuil will move into the role of senior vice president of strategic projects.
Matthew Mandel | CarGurus
Car marketplace CarGurus hired Matthew Mandel as its new CFO, effective Oct. 19. Mandel joins the company from Fleetio, a fleet maintenance and optimization software platform firm, where he has been CFO and chief operating officer since November 2023. Before that, he was COO and then co-CEO at beverage technology company Cometeer. CarGurus' former CFO, Elisa Palazzo, stepped down in March 2025. The company’s CEO, Jason Trevisan, has been interim principal financial and principal accounting officer since Palazzo’s departure.
John DeSimone | Herbalife
Health and wellness company Herbalife’s CFO, John DeSimone, was named interim chief executive officer to replace Stephan Gratziani. Gratziani will step down as CEO on Oct. 31 and then will become a consultant for the company. DeSimone has worked at Herbalife for nearly 20 years, where he has held several senior leadership positions, including president, chief strategy officer and special adviser to the CEO. In August, the company announced DeSimone would retire at the end of the year and named Scott Schaefer, SVP of finance and transformation, as his successor.
