
Bryan Castellani | Warner Music Group
Music entertainment company Warner Music Group hired Bryan Castellani as its new finance chief, effective Oct. 16. Castellani has spent more than two decades working at The Walt Disney Company, most recently as CFO for Disney Entertainment and ESPN. During his tenure at Disney, he held several financial and operational leadership roles, including senior vice president of operations, business planning, and strategy for ABC News and vice president and CFO of The Walt Disney Company Japan. Before Disney, Castellani worked in international finance at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. He succeeds the company's long-time CFO Eric Levin, who is staying on to ensure a smooth transition before retiring in January.
Tom Vadaketh | Bausch Health
Tom Vadaketh, CFO of pharmaceutical company Bausch Health, will leave the company on Oct. 13 to become CFO of environmental solutions company Enviri. Vadaketh joined the company in Jan. 2022 from health-care company ERT, where he held the same position. Bausch has initiated a search for Vadaketh’s successor. If a permanent replacement is not appointed by his departure, the company intends to appoint John S. Barresi as interim CFO. Barresi is currently the company's senior vice president, controller, and chief accounting officer.

Kate Thomson | BP
Kate Thomson was appointed interim chief financial officer of London-based multinational oil and gas company BP. The appointment comes a week after the company’s CFO, Murray Auchincloss, was named the company’s interim chief executive officer following Bernard Looney’s abrupt resignation. Thomson has worked at the company for 19 years and is currently the company’s senior vice president of finance for production and operations. She has been a member of the Aker BP board for the past seven years and also serves on the boards of several BP Group companies.
Bernard McCracken | Lands’ End
Bernard McCracken, interim CFO of clothing retailer Lands’ End, will take on the role permanently. McCracken has been interim CFO since January 2023 and has been chief accounting officer since he joined the company in April 2014. Before that, he worked at children’s retailer The Children’s Place for almost 9 years, most recently as vice president, corporate controller, and interim principal accounting officer. McCracken has also held a variety of finance, accounting, audit, and controller positions at Footstar, Deloitte & Touche, The Leslie Fay Companies, and Loehmann’s.

Lara Smith Weber | Inari
Seed gene editing company Inari appointed Lara Smith Weber as CFO, effective Oct. 1. Smith Weber is currently finance chief of technology company Onward Medical. Before joining Onward, she worked in various financial leadership roles at biopharmaceutical company MorphoSys AG, including U.S. CFO and senior vice president of controlling and corporate finance, where she led its IPO. She has also held leadership roles with Telefonica Germany and worked for Booz Allen Hamilton.
Lauren White | ImmunoGen
ImmunoGen named Lauren White as finance chief. White joins the biotechnology company from C4 Therapeutics, where she was CFO, treasurer, and principal accounting officer. Before that, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Novartis, most recently as vice president and global head of FP&A for the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. Before that role, she launched the global health business unit as chief financial officer in Switzerland, and was responsible for several franchises globally. Before joining Novartis, she held various strategy and marketing roles with Boston Consulting Group and General Electric.

Aparna C. Iyer | Wipro
Indian IT services provider Wipro appointed Aparna C. Iyer as its new finance chief. Iyer joined the company in 2003 and has held several finance roles in internal audit, business finance, FP&A, corporate treasury, and investor relations. Most recently, she was senior vice president and CFO of Wipro FullStride Cloud, a cloud technology business. She succeeds Jatin Dalal, who is stepping down as CFO to pursue other career opportunities. Dalal joined the company in 2002 and has been CFO since 2015.
Danny Salinas | Cantor Fitzgerald
Cantor Fitzgerald appointed Danny Salinas as the financial services firm’s new global chief financial officer. Salinas previously held several executive positions for over a decade at TD Bank Group, including most recently as chief financial officer of TD Securities. He also practiced as a tax attorney at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, where he advised on strategic corporate transactions. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche.
