Elisa de Martel | Wayve
Elisa de Martel was appointed finance chief of Wayve, a U.K. driverless-car startup. Most recently, de Martel spent over three years as chief financial officer of self-driving car company Waymo. She previously was CFO of Carbon, an industrial-grade 3D printing company. Earlier in her career, de Martel spent over a decade in senior finance roles at Apple, including manufacturing finance, and held roles at Citroen UK and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She succeeds Max Warburton, who will become a strategic adviser.
Patrick O’Donnell | Hub Group
Patrick O’Donnell has joined transportation and logistics company Hub Group as a special adviser and CFO-elect. O’Donnell will take over as CFO after the company files its 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2025. O’Donnell was most recently EVP and chief financial officer at TreeHouse Foods. He previously spent almost 15 years at PwC in roles across its audit and assurance divisions. O’Donnell’s appointment comes after the company’s CFO and COO left in May in the wake of a $77 million accounting error. Todd Heeter will continue as interim CFO to lead its financial restatements.
Amy Schwetz | Flex
Flex, a global manufacturing and supply chain services firm, appointed Amy Schwetz CFO of its regulated manufacturing services and integrated technology services segments, effective Oct. 5. Schwetz will become CFO after Flex plans to separate its cloud and power infrastructure segment. For the last six years, she was finance chief of Flowserve. Before that, she worked at Peabody Energy for over 14 years in leadership roles, including CFO. She started her career at Ernst & Young.
Brian Ezzell | Flowserve
Brian Ezzell was promoted to chief financial officer of Flowserve, a pumps, valves and seals manufacturer, to succeed outgoing CFO Amy Schwetz. Ezzell, who has been vice president of treasury, investor relations and FP&A since October 2024, will take the top finance spot on Oct. 1. He previously spent four years as vice president of enterprise FP&A at Kimberly-Clark, and, before that, he held a series of finance leadership roles at accessories retailer Fossil Group.
Jilinda Crowley | Aviation Capital Group
Jilinda Crowley was named finance chief of Aviation Capital Group, a global aircraft leasing and asset management firm. Crowley previously held CFO roles at aviation and aerospace businesses Electra Aero, magniX and Skydweller Aero. She also spent 14 years in senior finance positions at global aerospace company Rolls-Royce, including most recently as senior vice president of its Civil Aerospace programs. Crowley replaces Jaime Crear, who has been interim CFO in addition to her role as chief administrative officer. Crear will continue as the company’s chief administrative officer.
Gareth Jones | Toronto Pearson International Airport
Toronto Pearson International Airport, Canada’s largest and busiest airport, named Gareth Jones as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 5. Jones previously was chief financial officer of consulting and corporate training firm Cardone Enterprises and at Squeeze Group, a global insurance and utility services company. He earlier worked at private equity asset management firm The Carlyle Group. Jones succeeds Debbie Simpson, who is stepping down after assuming the CFO role in May 2025. Simpson will remain available to support the CFO transition.
Jim Young | Zelis
Healthcare technology solutions firm Zelis hired Jim Young as its new chief financial and administrative officer. Young joins Zelis from cybersecurity insurer Coalition, where he has been finance chief since July 2022. He earlier held the top finance spot at Indigo, a sustainable agriculture solutions company, and at Broadridge Financial Solutions. He earlier spent several years at Visa, where he held several finance leadership positions, including senior vice president of finance. Young succeeds Brian Gladden, who is retiring. Young and Gladden will work together during the transition until Dec. 31.
Adam Chibib | IGT
Adam Chibib will take over as chief financial officer of gaming equipment company IGT on Nov. 1. Chibib was most recently chief financial officer of Raptor Technologies, a Thoma Bravo and JMI-backed SaaS software firm. He has earlier held CFO roles at fintech Self Financial and gaming technology company Multimedia Games. Chibib replaces Fabio Celadon, whose career with IGT and its predecessor companies spans over 20 years. Celadon, who has been CFO since July 2025, will transition to an adviser role through Dec. 31.
