Edmund Reese | Aon
Edmund Reese has stepped down as finance chief and EVP of Aon after two years in the role “to pursue opportunities outside the firm,” the company said in a Monday press release. Before joining the professional services firm as CFO in 2024, he was chief financial officer of Broadridge Financial Solutions. Aon named Nadin Virani as interim CFO, effective immediately. Virani has been global head of corporate planning and analysis at the company since January 2025. Virani was earlier head of corporate planning and analytics at Broadridge Financial Solutions and general manager for the Delta Amex co-brand portfolio at American Express, where he held several financial leadership roles for almost 18 years.
John Rogers | Baxter
John Rogers was named chief financial officer of healthcare and medical technology company Baxter effective Oct. 1. Rogers joins the company from medical technology firm Smith+Nephew, where he has been CFO since 2024. He started with the company in 2023 as CFO-designate. He earlier held leadership roles at U.K. retailer Sainsbury's, including as chief executive officer of Sainsbury’s Argos and as CFO of Sainsbury’s. Rogers replaces Baxter’s interim CFO Anita Zielinski, who is leaving the company in September to become chief accounting officer of Cardinal Health. Zielinski took over the interim role in March, when former finance chief Joel Grade left the company.
Diego Reynoso | The Boston Beer Company
The Boston Beer Company’s finance chief Diego Reynoso will leave on Sept. 14 to become chief financial officer of Ingredion, an ingredient solutions provider. Reynoso joined the Samuel Adams brewer as chief financial officer and treasurer in September 2023. Earlier roles include CFO of the prepared foods division of Tyson Foods and CFO of Constellation Brands’ beer division. The company’s chief accounting officer, Matt Murphy, was named interim CFO while it looks for Reynoso’s permanent replacement. Murphy joined Boston Beer in 2006 as corporate controller and became chief accounting officer in 2015. He previously held the interim CFO role in 2023 before Reynoso’s hiring.
Niclas Neglén | Klarna
Klarna’s chief financial officer and chief marketing officer will leave the payments company in early 2027. Niclas Neglén, who has been CFO for six years, and David Sandström, who has been CMO for nine years, will stay in their roles through the transition. Klarna is currently searching for a New York-based finance chief to replace Neglén. Neglén joined the company in March 2021 from HSBC, where he held leadership roles in its private banking business HSBC Private Bank, including as chief financial officer of EMEA. He earlier worked at GE Capital as CFO of its U.K. business. Neglé’s departure plans come as Klarna reduces its financial outlook for 2026 due, in part, to weaker consumer spending in Germany, which is the company’s largest market by merchandise volume.
William Grogan | GE HealthCare
William Grogan will take over as finance chief of GE HealthCare on Sept. 14. Grogan joins the company from water solutions firm Xylem, where he has been CFO since 2023. He previously spent over a decade at IDEX Corp., where he was most recently chief financial officer. Earlier in his career, Grogan held finance leadership roles at Walgreens, Crane Co. and Sears Holdings Corp. Grogan succeeds Jay Saccaro, who left the company to become CFO and chief operating officer role at animal health firm Zoetis. Interim CFO George Newcomb will continue in his role as controller and chief accounting officer.
Andrea van der Berg | Xylem
Xylem promoted Andrea van der Berg to chief financial officer to replace outgoing finance chief William Grogan, effective Sept. 1. Van der Berg joined the company in 2020 and has been senior vice president of finance since November 2025. She earlier spent 13 years at Honeywell in a variety of finance and business leadership positions.
Soraya Benchikh | Coty
Coty appointed Soraya Benchikh as the beauty company’s new finance chief, effective Sept. 1. Benchikh was most recently chief financial officer of British American Tobacco. She held several senior leadership roles over her tenure at BAT, including as president of BAT France and regional finance director of Europe. She also spent three years at spirits and beer maker Diageo, most recently serving as president of Europe. She started her career in finance at General Electric and Gillette. Benchikh succeeds Laurent Mercier, who has been group chief financial officer since 2021.
Jon Gutoski | Edible Garden
Edible Garden named Jon Gutoski as chief financial officer. Since June, Gutoski has been controller of the herb and lettuce grower. Gutoski was previously interim chief financial officer and controller at consulting firm NOW CFO. Before that, he was finance chief of consumer-products company Design House Corp. Earlier roles include corporate controller at LaBudde Group, plant controller at Kerry Foods and auditor with PwC. Gutoski succeeds Kostas Dafoulas, who has been interim CFO since January 2024 and resigned Aug. 14.
Dustin Hauenstein | 84 Lumber
Dustin Hauenstein was appointed chief financial officer of building materials supplier 84 Lumber. Hauenstein most recently worked at retailer Designer Brands, where he was senior vice president, head of corporate finance and CFO of DSW and its brand portfolio. Before that, he spent over 12 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., holding multiple executive leadership roles across retail and bank operations.
