Richard McPhail | The Home Depot
The Home Depot’s chief executive officer, Ted Decker, will be taking a temporary medical leave. Until he returns, which is expected within the next few months, the home improvement retailer’s chief financial officer and EVP, Richard McPhail, and Ann-Marie Campbell, senior executive vice president, will oversee Decker's leadership responsibilities in his absence. McPhail joined the company in 2005 and has held several financial leadership roles throughout his tenure. He was named CFO in 2019.
Jill Windrum | Bed Bath & Beyond
Bed Bath & Beyond named Jill Windrum as its new chief accounting officer and deputy chief financial officer, effective Aug. 31. Windrum most recently was vice president of FP&A and revenue operations at DHI Group. Before that, she held finance and accounting leadership roles at Maxar Technologies, including as vice president and chief financial officer of its U.S. government segment. Windrum replaces CFO Brian LaRose in the principal accounting officer role. LaRose joined Bed Bath & Beyond as CFO in April after it acquired The Container Store, where he held the same role.
Chris Neczypor | Lincoln Financial
Lincoln Financial’s executive vice president and CFO, Chris Neczypor, is leaving the insurer for a new opportunity. Neczypor joined the company in 2018 as senior vice president and has been CFO since February 2023. Neczypor will stay with the company until the end of the month. Adam Cohen, senior vice president, chief accounting officer and treasurer, has been appointed interim chief financial officer while Lincoln searches for Neczypor’s replacement. Before joining the company in 2022, Cohen was chief financial officer of Archwell and spent 13 years at EY in insurance audit and advisory roles.
Joris Knauf | Stanley 1913
Stanley 1913 hired Joris Knauf as the drinkware maker’s global chief financial officer. Knauf joins the company from coffee cafe chain Peet's Coffee, where he has been global chief financial officer since 2024. He earlier was global group controller of JDE Peet's NV in Amsterdam. Before that, he worked at health care company DaVita, where he held financial leadership roles over his six years working there, including as chief transformation officer of its Germany operations and CFO of Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
Jeffrey Kuehling | Kilroy Realty
Kilroy Realty’s chief financial officer, Jeffrey Kuehling, has left the company. Kuehling joined the company in 2024 as finance chief from Brixmor Property Group, where he was senior vice president of corporate strategy and finance. Eliott Trencher has been named interim chief financial officer and treasurer while it looks for Kuehling’s successor. Trencher joined Kilroy in 2017 and has been chief investment officer since 2020. He previously served as chief financial officer from 2022 to 2024.
Ashlee Brianne Gabrysch | City of Chicago
Ashlee Brianne Gabrysch was appointed CFO of the City of Chicago. For the last seven years, Gabrysch has worked at Fitch Ratings, where she was most recently senior director and mid-central region manager. Earlier roles include deputy director of state-facilitated retirement savings program Secure Choice at the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office, a financial research analyst in the Cook County Office of the Chief Financial Officer and senior research associate at The Civic Federation. Gabrysch replaces acting CFO Steven Mahr, who held the role for six months. Mahr was appointed to the role in February to succeed Jill Jaworski, who left to become chief financial and administrative officer of Navy Pier, a Chicago tourist attraction.
Christine Chambers | MicroVision
Christine Chambers will take over as finance chief of lidar maker MicroVision on Aug. 27. Chambers was most recently CFO of enterprise AI company Fusemachines. Earlier roles include chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary of PetMed Express and CFO, senior vice president and treasurer of RealNetworks. She also held senior finance leadership positions at Rosetta Stone. Chambers replaces interim CFO Steve Hrynewich, who will continue to hold a senior finance role at MicroVision. Hrynewich was named to the interim role at the end of 2025 to replace Anubhav Verma, who left to become chief financial officer of freight technology company Einride.
Tanya Andreev Kaspin | Nimble
Tanya Andreev Kaspin was appointed finance chief of Nimble, a web search platform for AI agents. Most recently, Andreev Kaspin was chief financial officer of ecommerce software maker Threecolts. She earlier spent over 11 years working at advertising and analytics platform Innovid, where she was most recently CFO and helped take it public on the New York Stock Exchange. Andreev Kaspin started her career at PwC.
Jean Clifton | BlueSprig
Autism therapy provider BlueSprig appointed Jean Clifton as finance chief. Clifton was most recently EVP and chief financial officer of digital health company Noom. She earlier held CFO roles at behavioral health company Pyramid Healthcare and Veterinary Specialists of North America.
