Heather Howlett | Kenvue
Consumer health company Kenvue, known for brands such as Listerine, Tylenol and Neutrogena, appointed Heather Howlett as interim CFO and chief accounting officer. Howlett has worked as the chief accounting officer of Kenvue since May 2023 and will begin her new role on May 12. She earlier worked at Johnson & Johnson, Trane Technologies and Honeywell. Howlett replaces Amit Banati, who is leaving the company to become the CEO of home and security products company Fortune Brands Innovations. Banati joined Kenvue as CFO in May 2025 from Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company), where he was most recently CFO and vice chairman. In a related development, Kimberly-Clark's current finance chief, Nelson Urdaneta, will retain the CFO role of the combined company once Kimberly-Clark acquires Kenvue. The $48.7 billion deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
John Dietrich | FedEx
FedEx finance chief John Dietrich will step down on June 1 after the transportation company spins off FedEx Freight. Dietrich joined FedEx as CFO in July 2023 after spending over 23 years at Atlas Air. He will remain with the company until the end of July. Claude Russ will take over as interim chief financial officer on June 1 while the company looks for Dietrich’s permanent successor. Russ has worked at FedEx for the last 24 years and has been the enterprise vice president of finance since June 2024. Earlier leadership roles include CFO of FedEx Freight, chief operating officer of FedEx Dataworks and senior vice president of revenue management at FedEx Services.
Sean McCabe | Cineverse
Sean McCabe will return to Cineverse, a streaming technology and entertainment company, on April 20 as CFO. McCabe previously worked at the company as vice president and corporate controller. He was most recently the vice president of finance and accounting at ad technology company Freestar. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in auditing and M&A analysis. McCabe succeeds Mark Lindsey, and the company is in discussions to transition him into a senior financial consulting role. Lindsey has worked at the company since 2022 and was named finance chief in September 2023.
Jonathan Ojany | Convene Hospitality Group
Convene Hospitality Group, a dedicated meetings and event venues provider, appointed Jonathan Ojany as chief financial and operating officer. Ojany joins the company from fast-food restaurant chain KFC U.S., where he has been chief strategy, transformation and financial officer since May 2023. Before that, he spent over eight years in senior leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including chief of staff to the global president and chief operating officer and vice president of global strategy and operations. His early career included roles at McKinsey & Company and at InterContinental Hotels Group.
Tony Laday | Fogo de Chão
Fogo de Chão’s finance chief, Tony Laday, is retiring. Laday, who has served as CFO of the Brazilian steakhouse chain since April 2014, will remain with the company during a transition period. Fogo has started its search for Laday’s successor. Laday earlier spent over six years working at Brinker International, most recently as VP of finance, international division, and corporate treasurer.He previously spent over seven years at American Airlines in financial leadership roles, including as an FP&A manager.
Christopher Filiaggi | Corebridge Financial
Corebridge Financial’s chief accounting officer, Christopher Filiaggi, was named interim CFO while it prepares to merge with Equitable Holdings. Filiaggi joined the company in 2022 as a controller and has been chief accounting officer since June 2023. He replaces outgoing finance chief Elias Habayeb, who will continue with Corebridge through April 24. Filiaggi will hold the interim role until the closing of the proposed transaction, when Robin Raju, CFO of Equitable Holdings, will become chief financial officer of the combined company.
Svetlana Makhni | Prime Medicine
Prime Medicine appointed Svetlana Makhni as the biotechnology company’s new chief financial officer. Makhni joins the company from Marengo Therapeutics, where she has been CFO since June 2022. She was earlier the CFO of Escient Pharmaceuticals and was CFO and head of operations at Bierman ABA. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in investment banking and financial services at BMO Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs, Westbrook Partners and Blackstone.
Seth Bressack | Grow Therapy
Mental health company Grow Therapy appointed Seth Bressack as its first chief financial officer. Bressack has spent the last six years at global commerce company Shopify, most recently as vice president of finance. Earlier roles include senior vice president of operations at e-commerce and retail data firm MikMak, vice president of strategy and commercial operations at marketing technology company Sailthru and principal at Boston Consulting Group.
Samantha Greenberg | AlphaSense
Samantha Greenberg was named finance chief of market research firm AlphaSense. Greenberg joins AlphaSense from identity verification company ID.me, where she has been chief financial officer since March 2023. Before that, she was CFO at technology-led residential hospitality firm Mint House. She earlier held leadership and portfolio management roles at Citadel, Goldman Sachs and Paulson & Co. Greenberg serves on the board of directors and audit committee of CSG Systems and on the AI & Analytics Advisory Board of the Wharton School.
