Russell Hutchinson | Ally Financial

Russell Hutchinson will join Ally Financial as its new chief financial officer on July 3. Hutchinson most recently was chief operating officer for global mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs Group, where he worked for 22 years. He previously was chief strategy officer at Goldman, overseeing M&A, strategy, and innovation. Earlier, he worked in Goldman’s investment banking division, advising clients in the specialty finance sector, including Ally.

Christine Dorfler | National Football League

Christine Dorfler was named CFO of the National Football League (NFL). Dorfler has worked at NBC Universal for the last 20 years, including almost eight years as CFO of NBC/Telemundo-owned television stations. She joining NBC sports group as finance chief in May 2019. Dorfler is also a U.S. Army veteran. She replaces Joe Siclare, who will remain with the league as executive vice president of finance and league policy.

Ann Gugino | Papa Johns

Ann Gugino, CFO of Papa Johns, resigned from her position. Gugino, who has been CFO at the pizza chain since October 2020, will remain with the company through May 31 to help with the transition. Chris Collins, the company’s vice president of treasury and tax, was named principal financial and accounting officer on an interim basis while the company looks for a permanent CFO.

Thomas Whayne | Overair

Overair, an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft maker, hired Thomas Whayne as finance chief. Previously, Whayne was chief financial officer of satellite operator OneWeb, where he led a $3 billion capital raise to fund the company’s development of a global broadband communications constellation. Most recently, he was senior vice president and chief strategy officer of Maxar Technologies, an Earth intelligence and space infrastructure company.

Terry Murphy | LastPass

LastPass hired Terry Murphy as its new chief financial officer. Murphy joins the password manager from sofware-as-as-service life sciences provider Qualio, where he was CFO for eight months. He’s also previously been chief financial officer at Kenna Security, Whitehat Security, and Luminate.

Rebecca Levine was promoted to finance chief of Curbio, a home improvement company focusing on the real estate market. Levine has been the company’s corporate controller since she joined in 2018. She has held corporate controller roles at several companies including Tracx, WeddingWire, and Vanda Pharmaceuticals. She has also served as a senior associate at Lockheed Martin and KPMG.

James Budge | Hinge Health

Hinge Health, a digital clinic for joint and muscle pain, appointed James Budge as its new CFO. Budge was most recently CFO of software company Automation Anywhere. He has previously held the top finance spot at technology learning platform Pluralsight and software company Anaplan and has held dual CFO and chief operating officer roles at Genesys and TiVo. 

Mark Satisky | Momnt 

Mark Satisky was appointed chief financial officer of Momnt. Satisky joins the financial technology company from cloud supply chain service provider Stord, where he was CFO. Earlier in his career, Satisky spent a decade as an investment banker, and he later held executive roles at EverView and NCR.

Dustin Semach | Sealed Air

Bubble Wrap maker Sealed Air appointed Dustin Semach as its new CFO. Semach was most recently chief financial officer of customer experience technology and services company TTEC, a role he was appointed to in 2020. He has previously worked as finance chief of Rackspace Technology and held senior-level positions at DXC Technology, Computer Sciences Corporation, and IBM. Semach succeeds Christopher Stephens, Jr., who is retiring.

Richard Kraska | Infobip 

Cloud communications platform Infobip hired Richard Kraska as CFO. Kraska joins the company from real estate software platform RealPage, where he was finance chief. Before this, he was CFO of the IT business Rocket Software. Earlier roles include vice president of finance at memory company Western Digital and 16 years at GE. Kraska replaces Mario Baburić, who is leaving to start a new career path after three years as CFO.
