Dhivya Suryadevara | Stripe

Stripe Chief Financial Officer Dhivya Suryadevara is leaving the company to attend to family matters. Suryadevara, who joined the digital payments firm from General Motors in 2020, will stay with the company through April to help with the transition. It’s been reported that Stripe’s co-founder and president John Collison will lead its finance organization while they look for Suryadevara’s replacement.


  John Garratt

John Garratt | Dollar General

John Garratt, CFO of Dollar General, is retiring in June. Garratt joined the retailer in 2014 as senior vice president of finance and strategy and was named CFO in December 2015. He has served as the company’s president and CFO since September 2022. The company said it will weigh its options for Garratt’s successor but is not conducting an external search, citing its “robust succession plans.”

  Hiroki Totoki

Hiroki Totoki | Sony Group

Sony Group CFO and executive deputy president Hiroki Totoki will become president and chief operating officer on April 6. Totoki, who’ll remain CFO, joined the technology company in 1987 and primarily worked in finance, leading the creation of Sony Bank in 2001. Current president Kenichiro Yoshida will continue his roles as chairman and chief executive officer.

  Chris Krusmark

Chris Krusmark | Sleep Number 

Sleep Number executive vice president and chief human resources officer, Chris Krusmark, was named interim CFO until a permanent replacement is appointed. Krusmark started with the mattress and bedding company in 2005 and has held several financial leadership roles. Before joining Sleep Number, he worked in the assurance and advisory practices as a certified public accountant with EY and Arthur Andersen. Krusmark replaces David Callen, who stepped down from his position and will continue to work in a financial advisory role through March 3.  

  Mark Skonieczny

Mark Skonieczny | REV Group

Mark Skonieczny, CFO of fire and emergency vehicle manufacturer REV Group, is taking on the additional role of interim chief executive officer until the position is filled permanently. Before joining REV Group, Skonieczny was vice president and corporate controller of automotive seating manufacturer Adient, and spent 17 years at Johnson Controls in a variety of financial roles, including vice president of corporate development and vice president of finance, global aftermarket-power solutions. He replaces Rod Rushing, who has stepped down as president and CEO.

Mark Lyons | AIG

AIG fired Mark Lyons from his position as interim chief financial officer and executive vice president, global chief actuary and head of portfolio management, after the insurance group became aware that he violated his confidentiality/non-disclosure obligations. Lyons joined the insurance group in 2018 and previously was CFO. Lyons took over as interim CFO less than a month ago when Shane Fitzsimons went on medical leave. Sabra Purtill was named interim CFO and Turab Hussain was named interim global chief actuary.

  Joydeep Goswami

Joydeep Goswami | Illumina

Joydeep Goswami has been appointed chief financial officer of Illumina. Goswami has been interim CFO since July 2022 and has been chief strategy and corporate development officer since 2019. Before joining the biotechnology company, he was president of clinical next-generation sequencing and oncology at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Earlier in his career, he was president, Japan, at Life Technologies.

  Mona Kennedy

Mona Kennedy | Open Farm

Pet food company Open Farm named Mona Kennedy as finance chief. Kennedy joins the company from Canadian retailer Roots, where she has been CFO since 2020. She was previously vice president of finance at Indigo and earlier held financial and strategic leadership roles with Maple Leaf Foods and Bombardier Aerospace.

Charles Boynton | Logitech

Charles Boynton was named finance chief of computer accessory manufacturer Logitech. Boynton spent more than three years at Plantronics as CFO and more than eight years in executive or CFO roles in the renewable energy sector at SunPower. Boynton replaces Nate Olmstead, who has resigned from the company.
