Krishna Rao | Anthropic
Anthropic appointed Krishna Rao as the AI startup’s first chief financial officer. Rao joins the company from sportswear retailer Fanatics Commerce, where he was finance chief. Before that, he also held the CFO role at at health care payments and patient engagement platform Cedar. He previously worked at Airbnb as global head of corporate and business development and led corporate and operations FP&A. While at Airbnb, Rao helped navigate the company through the COVID-19 pandemic and played a key role in raising over $10 billion in equity and debt capital, including Airbnb’s IPO and private financings. Earlier in his career, he worked as a private equity investor at Blackstone and as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company.
Paul Vogel | VF Corporation

Paul Vogel was appointed finance chief of global apparel and footwear company VF Corporation, effective July 8. Before joining VF Corporation, Vogel worked at audio streaming subscription service Spotify, where he worked for eight years and was most recently CFO. Before joining Spotify, Vogel spent 20 years in the investment community as an equity investor and publishing research analyst, most recently as managing director and head of the internet and media equity research team at Barclays. He earlier spent 10 years at AllianceBernstein as global sector head for consumer, media and internet investing. Vogel replaces Matt Puckett, who is stepping down.
Gregory Hebard | Jabil
Jabil chief executive officer, Kenneth Wilson, was removed from his position after the conclusion of an internal investigation into a matter “related to corporate policies.” Wilson will be replaced by chief financial officer Michael Dastoor, who has been at the company for 24 years. Dastoor was named interim CEO on April 15 when Wilson was put on leave pending the investigation’s completion. The electronic components maker appointed Gregory Hebard as the company’s new finance chief. Hebard, who joined Jabil in 2009, has been senior vice president and treasurer since 2021. Hebard’s previous roles include senior vice president and CFO of its Green Point division and previously as vice president of FP&A.
Scott Drake | CEC Entertainment

CEC Entertainment, the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza, appointed Scott Drake as CFO. Drake was most recently chief financial officer of coffee roaster and distributor Farmer Brothers. Before that, he worked at video game retailer GameStop for four years and most recently as senior vice president of finance and treasurer. He previously held other roles at 7-Eleven, PWC, Coca-Cola Enterprises, La Madeleine French Bakery & Café and Arthur Anderson.
Justin Picicci | Ralph Lauren
Ralph Lauren promoted Justin Picicci to chief financial officer. Picicci joined Ralph Lauren in 2006 and has held several senior finance leadership roles. He was most recently enterprise CFO, a role that was a part of the company’s multi-year succession process. Picicci has also worked as the company’s Asia Pacific CFO; global company controller and head of procurement; and North America CFO. Picicci succeeds Jane Nielsen, who joined the company as CFO in 2016 and has held the dual role of CFO and chief operating officer since 2019. Nielsen will remain the company’s COO through the end of Fiscal 2025.
Venk Nathamuni | Jacobs

Venk Nathamuni will take over as chief financial officer of engineering consultant Jacobs on June 3. Nathamuni joins the company from semiconductor company Cirrus Logic, where he has been CFO for the last two years. Before that, Nathamuni was head of corporate finance, M&A, investor relations and IT at Arista Networks. He spent nine years at Maxim Integrated Products, where he was vice president of M&A and corporate development and head of investor relations. He also held a variety of positions at J.P. Morgan, Synopsys, Synplicity and QuickLogic.
Jamie Pierson | Forward Air
Jamie Pierson was named interim CFO of transportation and logistics company Forward Air while it looks for a permanent replacement for outgoing finance chief Rebecca Garbrick. Pierson was most recently chief financial officer of MV Transportation, a privately owned passenger transportation contracting services firm. Before joining MV Transportation, he held several senior leadership positions including executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ecobat Technologies and YRC Worldwide.
Ian Harris | Talkspace

Talkspace, an online behavioral health care company, appointed Ian Harris to finance chief. Before joining Talkspace, Harris was a partner at Hudson Executive Capital LP, an alternative investment firm. Before that, he worked at Barclays Capital, where he advised healthcare companies on M&A and capital market activities. Harris currently serves as a director at Cantaloupe and Liberated Syndication. He replaces Jennifer Fulk, who is stepping down. Fulk will help with the transition while spending time with family.
Daniel Tempesta | Cerence
Daniel Tempesta has stepped down as CFO of Cerence for personal reasons after two months in the role. Tempesta joined the automotive AI software provider in March from Nuance, where he worked for 15 years, most recently as chief financial officer. While the company looks for Tempesta’s replacement, Stefan Ortmanns, president and CEO, will take over as the company’s principal financial officer, and Katherine Roman, vice president and corporate controller, will step in as principal accounting officer, each on an interim basis.
