Jeffrey Capello will step down from the top finance spot at Boston Scientific at the end of the year. He is expected to stay on as a senior adviser until May of next year. Corporate controller Daniel Brennan will take over as CFO on Jan. 1.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber has appointed finance chief Darren Wells president of its Europe, Middle East and Africa business unit, effective Dec. 1. Laura Thompson, vice president of finance, North America, will replace Wells as CFO.

Michael Fleisher has been named to head finance at home furnishings online retailer Wayfair.com. He succeeds Nicholas Malone, who will become chief administrative officer. Previously, Fleisher was vice chairman, strategy and operations, at Warner Music Group.

Finance chief Greg Delaney has been promoted to chief operating officer at Acosta Sales & Marketing. Matt Laurie, controller and chief accounting officer, will become interim CFO.

Manufacturer Unifi has named James Otterberg to the top finance spot. He has been interim CFO since August.

Vickie Capps, who leads the finance function at medical-device provider DJO Global, is leaving the firm at the end of the year. A search is under way for her replacement.

Mobility software developer Good Technology has named Ron Fior to the top finance spot. Most recently, he headed finance at Callidus Cloud.

Epam Systems has promoted Anthony Conte to lead the finance function, effective Nov. 8. He takes over from Ilya Cantor, who is leaving the company. Conte is now compliance officer and vice president of finance at the software engineering firm.
