The Wendy’s Company announced that Todd Penegor, most recently president of the Kellogg Company’s U.S. Snacks Division, will become its new CFO on Sept. 1. He will succeed Steve Hare, who is retiring.
Daegis Inc., an information-management company, announced the appointment of Susan Connor to head finance. She has previously been CFO at two other publicly held companies, Pegasus Solutions and Zix Corp.
FCi Federal, a provider of operational and professional services to government agencies, has hired Bill Milligan as finance chief and vice president of business operations. He has spent more than 20 years as a CFO, including stints at High Performance Technologies and MRJ Technology Solutions.
Silicon Labs, a semiconductor maker, has promoted John Hollister to CFO, effective June 30. He’s currently vice president of business development. Bill Bock, the company’s interim finance chief at present, will move up to the president’s chair.
RLJ Entertainment, a licensee and distributor of entertainment content and programming, has hired Drew Wilson to head its finance department. Wilson was most recently CFO for three divisions at Discovery Communications.
Alan Levin will leave his post as CFO of Endo Health Solutions this fall, following a search for his successor. He plans to serve on corporate boards, engage in philanthropic activities and travel.
Kid Brands appointed James Christl as CFO, effective immediately. He replaces Guy Paglinco, who “resigned to pursue other opportunities.” Paglinco has agreed to remain with the company through July 5 to assist with the transition. Christl has served for six years in two divisional finance-chief posts at Warnaco Group, most recently Heritage Brands, a $650 million unit.
Lighting company Gentex Corp. promoted Steve Downing to chief financial officer. He succeeds Steve Dykman, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Downing moves up from his prior post as vice president of commercial management.
Houston-based Sterling Construction Co. Inc. named Kevan Blair as its interim finance chief. He succeeds Elizabeth Brumley, who resigned to pursue other opportunities, according to a press release. Blair was most recently CFO of a Sterling subsidiary, Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company.
Trey Darwin is the new head of finance at sportswear company Hampshire Group Ltd. He had been vice president of finance at Haggar Clothing Company.
