Bayer appointed Guru Ramamurthy as U.S. chief financial officer, effective July 1. Guru has worked at Bayer for 22 years, most recently as CFO of AskBio since 2021, an independently operated subsidiary of Bayer. Guru will continue to serve as AskBio CFO, working in a dual role until the end of the year. He has held several financial leadership roles at Bayer, including CFO of its medical care and consumer health divisions.
Vikas Mehta

Healthcare technology company Komodo Health named Vikas Mehta as its new chief financial officer. Most recently, he was CFO of Anaplan, and, before that, he was CFO of Nike Direct. Earlier he was vice president of finance at Walmart and he previously worked at Microsoft for over a decade where he held various finance leadership roles.
Anne Bramman

Anne Bramman will take over as chief financial and growth officer of consumer insights firm Circana on June 20. Bramman joins the company from Boston Consulting Group, where she was a senior adviser. Before that, she held CFO roles at Nordstrom, Avery Dennison, and Carnival Cruise Line. Earlier in her career, she held senior financial roles at L Brands. She is currently on the board of directors of McCormick & Company and is a member of its audit committee.
Keith Siegner

Lovesac appointed Keith Siegner as the home furnishing brand’s new CFO, effective June 30. Siegner was previously chief financial officer of Vindex, an e-sports technology and infrastructure company. Before that, he was vice president of investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and treasurer at Yum! Brands. Siegner was previously a senior banking executive in equity research for over 15 years at UBS Securities, and before that, Credit Suisse. He succeeds Donna Dellomo, who is retiring and will take on a senior strategic advisory role.
Ritu Kalra

Ritu Kalra, currently Harvard’s director of treasury, will be promoted to chief financial officer and vice president of finance. Kalra joined the university in 2020 from Goldman Sachs, where she worked for 13 years in several roles, including as managing director and head of national higher education finance. She replaces Thomas Hollister, who is stepping down at the end of the academic year.

A plant-based medical formula maker, Kate Farms hired Daniel Welch as finance chief. Since March 2021, Welch has been CFO of the health technology company Oura Health, maker of the Oura Ring. Before that, Welch led the corporate finance team at Sonos. He started his career in investment banking. Before joining Sonos he was at Morgan Stanley as a vice president.
Jonathan Lock
Jonathan Lock | Chemours
Jonathan Lock, senior vice president and chief development officer of Chemours, will take over as finance chief on June 6. Lock joined the chemical company in 2018 as vice president of corporate development and investor relations. Before that, he worked at SunCoke Energy, where he was vice president of strategy and investor relations. He replaces Sameer Ralhan, who is leaving the company.
Salman Khan | Marathon Digital Holdings
Marathon Digital Holdings appointed Salman Khan as CFO. Before joining the Bitcoin mining company, he was the chief financial officer of Verb Technology, which designs and develops video-based sales enablement business software. Before joining Verb, Khan held various senior executive-level positions at Occidental Petroleum and its spinoff, California Resources, including director of corporate development and CFO.
