Todd Morgenfeld, chief financial officer and head of business operations of Pinterest, will leave the company for a new job on July 1. Morgenfeld joined the social media platform in 2016 from Twitter, where he was vice president of finance. Morgenfeld led Pinterest’s IPO in 2019 and revenue increased ten-fold during his tenure.
Nirupam Sinha | Checkout.com
Nirupam Sinha was named CFO of Checkout.com. Sinha joined the global payments solution provider in November 2021 as senior vice president of corporate finance and strategy. He was previously global head of product and group CFO of global distribution at asset management firm T. Rowe Price. Sinha replaces Céline Dufétel, who was promoted to the newly created role of president. Dufétel will also remain in her role as chief operating officer.
Holly Etlin

Bed Bath & Beyond named Holly Etlin as the struggling home goods retailer’s interim chief financial officer. Etlin has 30 years of turnaround experience, including working as the chief restructuring officer at Tailored Brands and as a partner and managing director at AlixPartners. Etlin replaces Laura Crossen, who has held the role since September, following the death of CFO Gustavo Arnal. Crossen will return to her role as senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer.
Tina Hultkvist

Volvo Group chief financial officer Tina Hultkvist has decided to step down immediately. Hultkvist has worked at Volvo for 25 years and was named CFO in March 2022. Jan Ytterberg will step in as acting CFO while the company looks for Hultkvist’s successor. Ytterberg was previously Volvo Group CFO and a member of the executive board and is currently the company’s senior advisor.
Leigh Burnside

Leigh Burnside is joining Little Caesars as its new finance chief. Burnside joins the pizza chain with 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry and has held several senior leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president, chief accounting officer, and U.S. CFO of the fast food chain Wendy's. She replaces outgoing CFO Darrell Snygg, who recently retired after 34 years at the company.
Teri Gendron | Markel
Teri Gendron will become financial holding firm Markel's next chief financial officer on March 20. Gendron most recently was CFO of Jefferies Financial Group and has also held senior finance positions at Gannett and NII Holdings. She began her career at KPMG. Gendron succeeds Jeremy Noble, who became president of Markel's insurance operations earlier this year.
Utpal Koppikar

Utpal Koppikar was appointed CFO of Verily, an Alphabet company focused on precision health. He joins from Atara Biotherapeutics, where he was chief financial officer since June 2018. Before that, Utpal held several senior financial leadership positions at Gilead Sciences, including vice president of corporate and operations finance. Earlier, he held multiple finance roles of increasing responsibility at Amgen.
Stephanie Fielding | Stord
Cloud supply chain provider Stord hired Stephanie Fielding as its new finance chief. Most recently, Fielding was CFO of digital health company Butterfly Network, which went public during her tenure. She also spent eight years working at Amazon, where she led teams across Amazon Web Services, operations, and marketing finance.
