Driscoll’s named Wadih Khayat as the berry grower’s new chief financial officer. Khayat joins the company from The Coca-Cola Co., where he has spent the last 26 years holding finance leadership roles worldwide. He most recently was senior vice president and chief financial officer for Coca-Cola’s Europe business, where he oversaw operations across 38 countries. Earlier roles included CFO for the Asia Pacific Group and CFO and head of strategy for Coca-Cola Global Ventures. He started his career in audit at Ernst & Young.
Sean McSherry | Indeed
Job site Indeed has appointed Sean McSherry as chief financial officer. He first joined the company in 2012 as director of financial planning and analysis. He was promoted to senior vice president of finance in 2021 and has “led the finance organization since,” according to a press release issued Thursday. Before his time at Indeed, McSherry worked in investment banking and at several New York-based startups, including Chartbeat and TheLadders, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Amie Thuener | Broadcom
American chip designer Broadcom has tapped former Alphabet Inc. executive Amie Thuener to serve as CFO, effective June 12. She is set to replace Kirsten Spears, who is retiring. Once Thuener takes over as finance chief, Spears will remain as an adviser for nine months. Thuener has served as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Google parent company Alphabet since 2018. She previously served as managing director in transaction and accounting advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
R. Brent Jones | Avantor
Avantor CFO R. Brent Jones will leave the life science tools company by June 24. Jones joined Avantor as finance chief in August 2023 from digital health technology firm LifeScan, where he was CFO and chief operating officer. He was earlier the chief financial officer of Klöckner Pentaplast and was interim CFO of Pall Corp. While the company looks for his permanent replacement, it has named Steve Eck as interim finance chief. Eck is currently Avantor’s senior vice president and chief accounting officer. He has served as CAO since 2019. Before joining the company, he held senior finance roles at companies including CSS Industries, Fidelity National Information Systems, General Electric Co. and Deloitte & Touche.
Hagit Ynon | Pentera
Hagit Ynon was appointed finance chief of cybersecurity firm Pentera. Since September 2019, Ynon has worked at digital adoption platform firm WalkMe, where she was most recently CFO. While at WalkMe, she played a key role it its 2021 IPO and its $1.5 billion acquisition by SAP in 2024. Hagit earlier spent nearly two decades at NiCE, where she was most recently vice president of finance. She started her career at PwC.
Michael Dixon | Zaxby’s
Zaxby’s hired Michael Dixon as the fast casual restaurant chain’s new chief financial officer. Dixon most recently was CFO of GoTo Foods, whose brands include Carvel, Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's. Before that he was chief financial officer at Ignite Restaurant Group, Pinkberry and Cheesecake Factory. Earlier roles include vice president and controller at PetSmart.com and director of finance and business development for The Walt Disney Co. Donny Lau, Zaxby’s former CFO, left in October 2025 to take over as finance chief of Dollar General.
Simon Edwards | Bloom Energy
Onsite power solutions provider Bloom Energy hired Simon Edwards as its new finance chief, effective April 13. Edwards joins the company from artificial intelligence company Groq, where he has been CEO since January. He joined Groq as chief financial officer in September 2025. Edwards earlier held CFO roles at SaaS firms Conga and ServiceMax. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial roles at GE, including CFO of GE Digital and as an executive in its corporate audit staff. Edwards replaces Maciej Kurzymski, the company’s acting principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Kurzymski will continue his role as principal accounting officer.
Andrew Russakoff | TouchTunes
TouchTunes named Andrew Russakoff as chief financial officer of the digital jukebox company. Russakoff most recently worked at home services firm Angi, where he was CFO for over three years. He earlier spent over seven years holding senior finance roles at media conglomerate IAC, where he supported financial planning and portfolio oversight for companies like Match Group and Vimeo. He started his career as a senior financial analyst at NRG Energy.
James Thomas | Packsize
Packaging and equipment supplier Packsize hired James Thomas as CFO. For the last 15 years, he has worked at beauty and wellness company Nu Skin Enterprises, including as CFO since February 2023. Thomas succeeds Brent Cowan, who left the company last month to become finance chief of Sharpen, a contact center-as-a-service technology firm. Cowan spent nearly 16 years at Packsize and took over as CFO in May 2021.
Peter Kuipers | Clover Health
Peter Kuipers has stepped down as CFO of Clover Health. Kuipers, who has served as the health care technology company's chief financial officer since April 2024, will take on an advisory role through April 24. The company appointed Clay Thornton, CFO of Clover’s insurance plan, as interim finance chief. Thornton joined Clover in February 2024. He earlier held several financial and strategic leadership roles within Medicare Advantage at Humana.
