• Northrop Grumman Corp. named Wesley G. Bush corporate vice president and chief financial officer. He replaces Charles H. Noski, who is leaving to pursue other interests. Bush has been working at the defense giant’s space technology division since 2002, after Northrop Grumman acquired TRW Inc., most recently as president. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of TRW’s U.K.-based global aeronautical systems business.
• Business consulting and systems integration firm BearingPoint Inc. named Joseph Corbett chief financial officer. Corbett joins the company after nine years at satellite operator Intelsat Ltd., most recently as executive vice president and CFO.
• Patrick G. Crowley was named senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of ATI Technologies Inc., a Canadian maker of 3D graphics for video games. Most recently Crowley was executive vice president and CFO of Canada Life Financial Corp.; previously he was finance chief of Molson Inc. and Abitibi-Consolidated Inc.
• Toronto-based luxury hotel operator Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Inc. appointed John Carnella as executive vice president and chief financial officer effective March 1. He was most recently senior vice president of finance and treasurer of Host Marriott Corp.
• Martin Inglis is the new executive vice president and chief financial officer of Battelle Memorial Institute, a Columbus, Ohio-based nonprofit trust that operates research laboratories worldwide. Inglis moves to Battelle after 32 years with Ford Motor Co., most recently as group vice president of business strategy. Previously, Inglis served as corporate vice president, CFO, and head of Ford North America; corporate vice president and president of Ford South America; and head of global product and business strategy.
• Oxford, U.K.-based Blackwell Publishing, which publishes journals of academic societies, named Christopher Hall chief financial officer effective February 1. He succeeds Mark Houlton, who retired from Blackwell after 14 years with the company.
Most recently Hall was group finance director for Earthport Plc.; previously he spent 12 years with Oxford University Press, ending up as deputy group finance director.
• Eugene Caldwell has joined JNET Communications LLC, a new cable and telecom holding company based in New York, as chief financial officer. Most recently Caldwell was CFO of Metromedia Restaurant Group in Dallas; previously he was finance chief of Venture Stores Inc.
• Houston-based Texas Genco LLC named Thomas M. Boehlert executive vice president and chief financial officer. Boehlert joins the independent power-generation company from Toronto-based Centrica North America, where he was CFO. Previously he was the finance chief of New York-based Sithe Energies Inc.
• Indianapolis-based ATA Holdings Corp. named Gilbert F. Viets executive vice president and chief financial officer. Viets, who had served as the low-cost air carrier’s chief restructuring officer, replaces David Wing, who left to pursue other opportunities. Viets served briefly as ATA’s CFO before becoming chief restructuring officer. Previously he was a professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington.
• Andre Pinto has been named chief financial officer of New York-based Euro RSCG Worldwide, a global advertising network and a division of Havas. He succeeds Rob Parker, who has resigned to pursue other interests. Pinto has worked within Euro RSCG Worldwide for over 16 years, most recently as deputy CFO for Havas. Previously, he had CFO stints at Euro RSCG’s U.K., North America, Southern Europe, and Latin America operations.
