Finance chief Neil Moses has been appointed chief global strategy officer at Dunkin’ Brands Group, parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Paul Carbone, vice president, finance and strategy, will take over as CFO.
ENGlobal Corp. has announced the resignation of CFO John Beall. A search for his replacement is under way; meanwhile, controller Mark Hess will take on his responsibilities at the engineering and project-services provider.
Greg Repas, chief accounting officer of information-security company SafeNet Inc., has been named interim CFO. He succeeds Charles Neral, who has been named to head finance at SunGard (see item below).
Charles Neral has been named to the top finance spot at software and technology-services firm SunGard, effective July 2. He replaces Robert Woods, who is leaving the company. Previously, Neral was CFO of SafeNet Inc.
Demand Media will promote treasurer and senior vice president, finance Mel Tang to head finance, effective August 16. In that role, he will succeed president and CFO Charles Hilliard, who will become a special adviser to the board of directors at the social-media company.
Sarah Friar has been named the first CFO of Square Inc., a provider of credit-card readers. She is a former senior vice president, finance & strategy, at salesforce.com.
Consultancy ICF International Inc. has appointed James Morgan to the top finance spot, effective July 16. Morgan, who will take over from interim CFO Sandra Murray, joins the company from Serco Inc., where he also headed finance.
Scott Bowman has been named to lead the finance function at sporting-goods retailer Hibbett Sports Inc. He succeeds Gary Smith, whose retirement was announced earlier this year. Previously, Bowman was Division CFO-Northern Division at The Home Depot.
