CFOs on the Move: Week Ending March 2

The Allstate Corp. has promoted Don Civgin, who has been CFO since 2009, to the post of president, Allstate Financial. He will be succeeded by Steve Shebik, who has been at the company for the past 16 years in a variety of senior financial roles.

Paul Jacobson has been promoted to the top finance spot at Delta Air Lines. He has been at the company since 1997, most recently as treasurer.

Accuride Corp., which supplies parts to the commercial-vehicle industry, has named Gregory Risch as its next finance chief. He had been interim CFO since October; before that, he held several posts, including chief accounting officer and assistant controller.

Pharmavite LLC has appointed David Solomon to head finance. He joins the Nature Made vitamin manufacturer from Aramark Corp., where he was CFO of the uniform and apparel group.

Paul Morrisroe has been named CFO and secretary of Associated Materials LLC, a distributor and manufacturer of exterior residential building products. Formerly, he was vice president of finance, precision components, at Barnes Group.

John Lemmex has been promoted to lead the finance function at Bayer MaterialScience LLC. He was the firm’s controller.

Social-media and web platform provider LOYAL3 has named Peter Coleman head of finance. Previously, he was CEO of Merriman Capital.

Steven Pruett is resigning as president, CFO, and secretary of Legacy Reserves GP LLC, effective March 16. Treasurer and vice president-finance James Lawrence will become interim CFO at that time.

Kona Grill Inc. has promoted Christi Hing to the top finance spot. She had been controller at the restaurant chain.
