CFOs on the Move: Week Ending March 14

Adara Global has named Liz Coddington to lead the finance function. Most recently, she was CFO and vice president of finance at Walmart.com.

Consumer-products provider Jarden has promoted CFO and vice chairman Ian Ashken to president; he will remain vice chairman. Ashken, a co-founder of the firm, will be succeeded as CFO by Al LeFevre, effective June 12. LeFevre now holds the top finance spot at Jarden Consumer Solutions.

Linda Sullivan has been selected to be the next finance chief at American Water Works, effective May 9. She takes over from Susan Story, who is becoming the company’s president and CEO. Sullivan will join the firm from Southern California Edison, where she has headed finance since 2009.

Transaction-processing solutions provider SourceHOV has named Michael Henricks to the top finance spot. He comes to the company from Stream Global Services, where he also was CFO.

FARO Technologies has selected Peter Abram to lead the finance function, effective March 31. He takes over from Keith Bair, who is resigning as part of a planned transition. Formerly, Abram was CFO, Phase II-IV, at inVentiv Health Clinical.

Randy Taylor has been promoted to finance chief at Global Cash Access Holdings. He replaces Mary Higgins, who has resigned. Taylor joined the firm in 2011 as controller.

Real-estate firm Brandywine Realty Trust has promoted Thomas Wirth to head finance, succeeding Howard Sipzner. Wirth had been executive vice president, portfolio management and investments, since 2009.

Tom Miller, who led the finance function at Ixia, has resigned. Vice president of finance Brent Novak has been named acting CFO. The company plans to search for a permanent replacement for Miller.

Medical-device provider DJO Global has named Susan Crawford to the top finance spot, effective March 31. Most recently, she was vice president of business transformation at Life Technologies.

Guy Constant, CFO and president of global business development at restaurant owner, operator and franchiser Brinker International, has resigned. Treasurer and controller Marie Perry will become interim CFO until a permanent replacement for Constant is appointed.
