
Maureen Smith | Green Bay Packers
Green Bay Packers named Maureen Smith as finance chief. Smith joined the NFL team from Minnesota United FC of Major League Soccer, where she worked for seven years. She started at the men's professional soccer league in 2016 as a controller and was promoted to senior vice president of finance the following year. In 2018, she was named executive vice president and chief operating officer. Before that, she worked for UnitedHealth Group as director of operations.
Tony Iskander | Advance Auto Parts
Tony Iskander has been named interim chief financial officer of Advance Auto Parts. Iskander joined the company in 2017 and has been senior vice president of finance and treasurer since 2020. Iskander succeeds Jeff Shepherd, who left the company amid a leadership shakeup on Aug. 18. The switch comes as the auto parts retailer named Home Depot exec Shane O’Kelly as its next CEO, replacing retiring CEO Tom Greco. O’Kelly said the company will undergo an “operational and strategic review of the business.” A search is being initiated for its next chief financial officer.

Gideon Oppenheimer | Fetch
Gideon Oppenheimer was hired as chief financial officer of the rewards app and consumer-engagement platform Fetch. Most recently, Oppenheimer was executive vice president and head of finance at Uber Freight. At the ride-share company’s freight business, Oppenheimer facilitated the company's $2.25 billion acquisition of logistics solution provider Transplace. Earlier in his career, he worked at Coatue Management focused on private market investments, and as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
Joe Alkire | Kontoor Brands
Kontoor Brands appointed Joe Alkire as its new CFO, effective Aug. 31. Alkire joins the apparel company from drinkware maker BrüMate, where he was chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Before that, he was vice president of corporate development, treasury, and investor relations for retail apparel and fashion company VF Corporation. Prior, he was an investment banking and equity research analyst for William Blair & Company. Alkire replaces Rustin Welton, who is retiring after four years at the company.

Christian Baier | Covestro
Christian Baier was named CFO of German plastics and chemicals maker Covestro, effective Oct. 1. Baier has been chief financial officer of international food wholesale company METRO AG since 2016 and before that, he held various executive positions from 2011. Prior, he worked at the investment firm Permira. Baier replaces Thomas Toepfer, who is leaving to join Airbus as chief financial officer.
Shannon Eisenhardt | Reckitt Benckiser Group
Shannon Eisenhardt will take over as chief financial officer of consumer goods company Reckitt Benckiser Group when Jeff Carr retires in March 2024. Eisenhardt is currently CFO of Nike consumer, brand, and marketplace and has previously led the finance division for Nike North America and Nike emerging markets. Before joining the athletic footwear and apparel brand in 2015, she spent close to two decades at P&G in a range of finance roles working at corporate, country, and regional levels.

Lee Boyce | Hain Celestial
Hain Celestial named Lee Boyce as the health and wellness company’s new CFO. Most recently, Boyce was CFO of Hearthside Food Solutions, a food company that makes and packages products for snack and cereal brands. Before that, he spent two years at Werner, where he was CFO and executive vice president, and three years as CFO and senior vice president at American Hotel Register Company. Boyce previously spent more than 20 years at Kraft Heinz in several roles until ultimately becoming CFO of the company's beverages business unit.
Barbara Gutierrez | Modivcare
Healthcare services company Modivcare hired Barbara Gutierrez as finance chief, effective Sept. 18. Gutierrez was most recently CFO of senior care provider InnovAgeand was previously CFO and chief people services officer of children’s dental and vision care provider Hero DVO. She worked in senior leadership roles for Strad Energy Services, Jones Knowledge Group, PhyCor, and HealthOne (HCA). She is a member of the Board of Directors for LogicMark and chairs the audit committee.
James Kehoe | FIS
FIS appointed James Kehoe as CFO. Kehoe joins the fintech company from Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he has been CFO since 2018. Before that, he was global CFO and a board director for Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, the largest Japanese pharmaceutical company. He previously was CFO at Kraft Foods Group, as well as Gildan Activewear. Kehoe will succeed Erik Hoag, who is leaving the company.
