Dan Arnold has been promoted from CFO to president of brokerage LPL Financial Holdings, replacing the resigning Robert Moore. Arnold has been at the firm since 2007, when it purchased his previous employer, brokerage firm UVEST. He became finance chief in 2013, also taking over for Moore.
Marathon Petroleum has promoted Timothy Griffith to head finance. He succeeds Donald Templin, who has been appointed executive vice president of supply, transportation and marketing. Griffith joined the firm as vice president of finance and treasurer in 2011, and took over the investor-relations function last year.
Automotive-parts supplier LKQ Corp. has named Dominick Zarcone to lead the finance function, effective at the end of March. He takes over for John Quinn, who has been promoted to CEO and managing director of European operations. Zarcone comes to the firm from investment bank Robert W. Baird, where he was CFO and managing director.
Mead Johnson Nutrition has announced that finance chief Peter Leemputte has resigned. Chief development officer Charles Urbain will become interim CFO, effective March 13.
Tony Trunzo has resigned as CFO and senior vice president of finance at FLIR Systems, effective March 27, to become finance chief at FEI Co. Principal accounting officer and corporate controller Dave Muessle will serve as interim CFO at FLIR, a sensor systems designer and manufacturer.

CFO Mark Heimbouch will add to his role at payment-processing provider Vantiv: he has been named chief operating and financial officer. Heimbouch, who joined the firm as CFO in 2009, is a former COO and CFO of Jackson Hewitt.

EZCORP has named Mark Ashby to the top finance spot, effective in June. Most recently, he headed finance at Australian department store group Myer Holdings.
Food-preparation and tabletop-products marketer EveryWare Global has chosen Robert Ginnan to lead the finance function, effective next month. Ginnan, who will over from interim CFO Joel Mostrom, is a former CFO of Standard Register.
