Rick Lindner, finance chief at AT&T since 2004, will retire on June 1. He will be succeeded by John Stephens, who has been at the company for 19 years and has been controller since 2001.
Vice chairman and CFO Chris Liddell has announced he is resigning from General Motors, effective April 1. Liddell, who joined GM in January 2010, will be replaced by vice president, finance, and treasurer Dan Ammann.
Del Monte Foods Co. has promoted Larry Bodner to lead the finance function. Bodner, who had been executive vice president, finance, takes over from David Meyers. Meyers resigned after the company’s acquisition by an investor group including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., Vestar Capital Partners, and Centerview Capital LP.
MF Global Holdings Ltd. has named Henri Steenkamp CFO, effective April 1. Steenkamp, global controller and chief accounting officer, succeeds Randy MacDonald, who has been named global head of the company’s retail operations.
Sheila Taylor, who has held the top finance spot at global-logistics and transportation company YRC Worldwide Inc. since 2009, is leaving the firm, effective March 31. Board member William Trubeck will serve as interim CFO while the company finishes a restructuring.
Cable-television channel owner and operator Crown Media Holdings Inc. has named Andrew Rooke to head finance. He is a former CFO of Twentieth Television.
John Hamm has been appointed finance chief at Connected Nation. He comes to the firm from Tatum LLC, where he was CFO partner.
Retail brokerage Willis North America has named Sharon Edwards as its new CFO. She joined the company, a subsidiary of insurance broker Willis Group Holdings plc, in 1991 and has been chief administrative officer since 2009.
Ronald Kisling has been named to lead the finance function at Nanometrics Inc. He takes over from James Moniz, who is retiring. Formerly, Kisling was CFO of PGP Corp.
Majesco Entertainment Co. has appointed Michael Vesey to head finance. He has been at the video-game provider since 2006 and has been interim CFO since August. He previously served as chief accounting officer and corporate controller at the company.
