Dan Jedda is joining Roku as its new chief financial officer, effective May 1. Jedda has been CFO at Stitch Fix since 2020. Before that, he worked at Amazon for 15 years, including as vice president and chief financial officer of digital, advertising, and corporate development finance. Jedda succeeds Steve Louden, who is leaving the company.

Following a medical leave of absence, Blake Jorgensen has stepped down as CFO of PayPal. He will remain with the digital payments company as a senior advisor through September 15. At the start of Jorgensen’s leave of absence in September 2022, Gabrielle Rabinovitch was named acting finance chief and she will continue in that role in addition to senior vice president of investor relations and treasurer.
Matt Osberg

Matt Osberg, CFO of personal care and household product manufacturer Helen of Troy, will resign in April to become chief financial officer of Apogee Enterprises. Osberg joined the company in 2016 and was appointed finance chief in Nov. 2021. Before joining Helen of Troy, he worked for seven years in finance roles at Best Buy, most recently as chief financial officer and regional vice president of Best Buy Mexico. The company will bring back retired CFO Brian Grass as interim CFO in April while the company looks for Osberg’s permanent replacement. Grass spent seven years as the company’s chief financial officer before retiring.
Frank Smalla

Frank Smalla is stepping down as CFO of Boston Beer, the brewer of Samuel Adams beer, after seven years in the role. Smalla will remain at the company until mid-April and then plans to join a KKR-backed private-equity company. Matthew Murphy, the beer maker’s chief accounting officer, will take over as interim CFO until a permanent successor is appointed.

Warren Jenson will take over as chief financial officer of media ratings firm Nielsen on April 15. Jenson was most recently president, CFO, and executive managing director of international at the data collaboration platform LiveRamp. He has previously held CFO positions at Amazon, Delta Airlines, NBC, and Electronic Arts.

Hospitality company Sonder Holdings appointed Dominique Bourgault as finance chief. Dominique was most recently CFO at online jeweler Blue Nile. Before that, he spent 18 years working at Expedia in a variety of finance roles, including CFO of Hotels.com, senior vice president of corporate finance, and CFO of the retail group, the largest division by revenue and profitability within Expedia Group.
Carlos Smith

Carlos Smith is the new CFO of Paragon Space Development, a provider of environmental controls for extreme and hazardous environments. Before joining Paragon, Smith was CFO of IAI North America’s aerospace division, CFO of DRS Technologies, and most recently CFO of Dawson Operating Companies. He also served as an internal auditor in the U.S. Army Reserve for 14 years.
Tiffany Smith

Lulus promoted Tiffany Smith to finance chief. Smith has been vice president of finance at the women’s fashion brand since April 2021. Before that, she held senior finance and controller roles for several fashion and e-commerce retailers including Fashion Nova, Hot Topic, and Nordstrom. Smith succeeds Crystal Landsem, who took over as chief executive officer of the company.
