Christine Chambers will take over as finance chief of PetMed Express on August 3. Chambers joins the online pet pharmacy from digital media company RealNetworks, where she has been chief financial officer since March 2021. Before that, she was vice president of finance of Rosetta Stone. She replaces Bruce Rosenbloom, who will continue as CFO until Chambers starts.

Brian McClain is taking over as interim CFO at digital media company RealNetwork. McClain most recently was president and CFO of computer security company, Pelco. Before that, he was CFO of LOUD Audio. McClain replaces Christine Chambers, who is leaving the company to become CFO of PetMed Express.
Mayank Kalla

Mayank Kalla was named finance chief of software company e-Emphasys Technologies. Kalla was vice president of corporate finance at content marketing management software provider Sitecore. Before that, he spent 15 years in procurement technology. He was the international division CFO at Ariba, which was acquired by SAP in 2012. Kalla was also the CFO for SAP's cloud line of business for APJ based out of Singapore.
Sandip Grewal | True Religion
True Religion hires Sandip Grewal as chief financial and chief operating officer. Grewal joins the denim and sportswear brand from Bradshaw International, a housewares supplier, where he was chief financial officer since 2017. At Bradshaw, he helped scale the business, driving revenue growth in excess of 50%, completed two acquisitions, and helped lead its sale to Arbor Investments in 2021. Before that, Grewal was CFO of Dr. Fresh, where he helped lead its sale in 2017 to High Ridge Brands Co.
David Pinn
David Pinn | Brain Corporation
Brain Corporation promoted its finance chief, David Pinn, to chief executive officer. Since joining the AI company in 2017, Pinn has held a variety of executive positions including chief strategy officer. Pinn was previously head of finance for technology startup Antenna79. He was also a co-founder of Snaptracs, Qualcomm’s consumer electronics subsidiary. He oversaw the sale of the business, which led to a merger with Whistle and a $117 million acquisition by Mars.
Mark Sirota | Jacksonville Jaguars
Mark Sirota, CFO of NFL team the Jacksonville Jaguars, will take on the additional role of senior vice president of business planning. Sirota is entering his eighth season with the Jaguars and has been chief financial officer since 2020. Before joining the Jaguars, Sirota worked for the Boston Red Sox, where he was most recently manager of financial planning and analysis. He began his career at Huron Consulting Group.

Jay Kim is joining student transportation service provider Zum as its new chief financial officer. Kim was most recently CFO of Carbon Health Technologies. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank Securities.
Edward Jamieson | Domino's Pizza Group
Domino's U.K. division hired Edward Jamieson as chief financial officer, effective in October. Jamieson was most recently the U.K. and Ireland regional finance director of food delivery company Just Eat. Jamieson replaces interim CFO David Surdeau, who joined the pizza chain in November 2021.
Michael Barkin
Michael Barkin | Vail Resorts
Michael Barkin is stepping down as CFO from Vail Resorts after nearly a decade in role. Barkin joined the mountain resort operator in July 2012 as vice president of strategy and development and was named chief financial officer in March 2013. The resignation will be effective Dec. 31 or as agreed based on the timing of his replacement’s appointment.
Carlos Rodriguez | HF Foods Group
Food distributor HF Foods Group appointed Carlos Rodriguez as chief financial officer. Most recently, he was chief accounting officer and vice president of corporate finance for General Life Sciences. Rodriguez was previously vice president of accounting and corporate finance for California Pizza Kitchen.
