Deepak Ahuja | Redwood Materials
Former Tesla CFO Deepak Ahuja was named finance chief of Redwood Materials, an electric-vehicle battery recycling business founded by Tesla board member and former chief technology officer JB Straubel. Ahuja was Tesla’s CFO from 2008 to 2015, then again from February 2017 until 2019. He then became chief financial officer of Verily, the health and life sciences unit of Google parent company Alphabet, and then joined drone delivery company Zipline as chief business and financial officer. Before Tesla, he was at Ford Motor Company as a finance executive in various roles, including CFO for Ford Southern Africa and CFO of AutoAlliance International.
Aylwyn Bryan | CRH
Building materials firm CRH promoted Aylwyn Bryan to chief financial officer. Bryan has worked at CRH for the past 14 years, most recently as CFO of its Americas division. Earlier roles include head of group finance and group tax director. Bryan succeeds Nancy Buese, who has stepped down as CFO. Buese will stay with the company for three months to help with the transition.
Michael Dillon | Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx
Michael Dillon was named chief financial officer and chief operating officer of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx. Dillon joins the NBA and WNBA teams from professional ice hockey team the Pittsburgh Penguins, where he has been CFO since October 2022. Dillon previously spent eight years with the Houston Astros, where he was vice president of business strategy and analytics. He also founded sports ticketing platform SimpleSeats.com. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Bain & Company.
Nick Negro | Scientific Games
Scientific Games CFO Nick Negro will leave the company on May 15. Negro, who has been the finance chief of the lottery games company since 2023, is leaving for a new opportunity in Chicago. Negro earlier held chief financial officer roles at Navistar and Dover Food Retail, and he held divisional CFO roles at Honeywell. Scientific Games appointed Ray Anderson as interim CFO, effective May 4, as it looks for Negro’s permanent successor. Anderson has held senior leadership roles at KPMG across the U.S., Europe and Asia. Most recently, he was a global lead partner. Before that, he led KPMG's Pacific Southwest audit practice for six years.
Anuj Girdhar | Sunkist Growers
Sunkist Growers appointed Anuj Girdhar as the citrus marketing cooperative’s new chief financial officer. For the past five years, Girdhar has served as CFO of O’Neill Vintners & Distillers. Before that, he held leadership roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery for over 16 years, including as director of financial planning and analysis. He started his career as a consultant at Accenture.
Claire Stack | Midland States Bancorp
Midland States Bancorp promoted its interim CFO, Claire Stack, to finance chief. Stack, who joined the company in November 2025 as corporate controller, took over as interim CFO in March after Midland States Bancorp terminated CFO Eric Lemke. Stack previously was the corporate controller of furniture company Steelcase, and she held senior leadership positions in accounting and finance at accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen, industrial real estate developer Agracel, PwC and KPMG.
Eric Brenner | Koppers
Specialty chemicals manufacturer Koppers hired Eric Brenner as chief financial officer and treasurer, effective May 26. Brenner most recently worked at Nova Chemicals, where he has been CFO since 2023. Before joining Nova in 2017, he was the director of finance at Komatsu Mining. Brenner replaces Brad Pearce, who has been interim CFO since January. Pearce will transition back to his role as chief accounting officer.
Shane Jones | Nature's Sunshine Products
Shane Jones is stepping down as chief financial officer of health and wellness company Nature's Sunshine Products, effective June 5. Jones, who was also the principal financial officer, joined Nature's Sunshine in 2022 from FullSpeed Automotive, where he was CFO. Jonathan Lanoy was named interim principal financial officer. Lanoy has worked at the company since 2008, most recently as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer. Before joining the company, Lanoy was an assurance manager at Ernst & Young.
Brian Rosin | Prenetics
Brian Rosin was named U.S. chief financial officer of Prenetics, the parent company of health and longevity brand IM8, which was co-founded with David Beckham. Rosin joins the health sciences company from consumer wellness firm Wellbeam Consumer Health, where he served as CFO and senior vice president of e-commerce operations. He led finance and digital commerce roles across Wellbeam's brands, including TruSkin, BioTRUST Nutrition and Penetrex. He joined TruSkin as CFO in 2020, before its acquisition by Wellbeam in 2021. Earlier in his career, he held chief financial officer roles at Naturelo Premium Supplements and Rant.
