Joseph Consolino will become finance chief of insurance holding firm American Financial Group, effective after it files its annual report on Form 10-K for this year. He will take over from Keith Jensen, who is retiring in March. Previously, Consolino was president and CFO of Validus Holdings Ltd.
Automatic Data Processing Inc. has promoted Jan Siegmund to the top finance spot, effective November 5. Siegmund, who replaces Chris Reidy, joined the company in 1999 and is currently chief strategy officer and president of its Added Value Services division.
Automotive supplier Visteon Corp. has named Jeffrey Stafeil to lead the finance function. Most recently, he was CEO of Dura Automotive Systems. Stafeil succeeds interim CFO Michael Widgren, who will remain at the firm as chief accounting officer and corporate controller.
James Casperson is leaving his full-time post as CFO at Bonanza Creek Energy Inc. but will remain a consultant to the company. Chief accounting officer, controller, and treasurer Wade Jaques will become principal financial officer.
Bridgelux Inc. has promoted Timothy Lester to become its next finance chief. He had been vice president of finance at the LED lighting technologies developer and manufacturer.
Dean Freeman has been named to the top finance spot at Watts Water Technologies Inc., effective November 12. He succeeds William McCartney, who said earlier this year that he would retire. Freeman is a former senior vice president of finance and treasurer at Flowserve Corp.
Data-management firm CommVault has promoted Brian Carolan to vice president, finance-CFO from vice president, finance-chief accounting officer. As CFO, he replaces Louis Miceli, who will take on the newly created role of senior vice president of finance.
