Thor Industries Inc. has announced that CFO and treasurer Christian Farman has resigned. Colleen Zuhl, director of finance at the recreational-vehicle manufacturer, will take over as interim CFO.

Allscripts has appointed Richard Poulton as its new finance chief, replacing interim CFO David Morgan. Most recently, Poulton was CFO and treasurer of AAR Corp.

Clyde Hosein has resigned from the top finance spot at Marvell Technology Group. A search is under way for his successor; in the meantime, corporate controller Brad Feller will become interim CFO.

Restaurant chain Quiznos has named John Coletta as its next finance chief. Previously, he was global CFO and president of Cartridge World.

Hiperos LLC, a third-party management provider, has selected Janet Coddington to lead the finance function. She is a former CFO of SANpulse Technologies and a former CFO and vice president of finance at Lumeta Corp.

Americold, which provides logistics and temperature-controlled warehousing to the food industry, has named Allison Aden to head finance. Most recently, she was CFO of Recall Corp.

Business consultancy Sirius Solutions LLLP has appointed Kevin Cohn as its new finance chief. He joins the firm from First Acceptance Corp., where he was also CFO.

Lynn Danko has been named to the top finance spot at Amcom Software Inc. Previously, she had several roles at Lawson Software Inc., including vice president, financial planning and analysis.
