Peter Seymour has been promoted to executive vice president & chief financial officer of Disney/ABC Television Group, a newly created post. Formerly, he was executive vice president of strategy and research at Disney Media Networks, a role he had held since 2008.
ON Semiconductor and its finance chief, Donald Colvin, have agreed that he will resign as an officer of the company. A search for his successor is under way; in the meantime, it is expected that Colvin will remain CFO for up to 90 days.
Steven Fritze is leaving his position as head of finance at Ecolab on October 1, and will retire from the hygiene, water, and energy technologies provider at the end of the year. Daniel Schmechel, now executive vice president, finance, will take over the top finance spot, effective October 1.
FalconStor Software Inc. has named Louis Petrucelly CFO and treasurer. Petrucelly, who has been at the company since 2007, has been acting CFO, treasurer, and vice president of finance since May.

Software-as-a-service provider Park City Group has named Edward Clissold as its next finance chief. He succeeds David Colbert, who has resigned. In addition to his new title, Clissold will remain the company’s general counsel, a post he has held since 2002.
Carlisle Kirkpatrick has been named to lead the finance function at Astrotech Corp., taking over from John Porter. Most recently, Kirkpatrick was a managing director at IncuHive LLC.
