Building-products manufacturer and distributor USG Corp. has named Matthew Hilzinger to the top finance spot, effective May 1. He replaces Richard Fleming, who will stay on as executive vice president until he retires later in the year. A former CFO of Exelon Corp., most recently Hilzinger was chief integration officer there.
Ronald Hundzinski has been promoted to lead the finance function at BorgWarner Inc. Previously, he was corporate treasurer at the company, which manufactures engine products for the automotive industry.
Pepco Holdings Inc. has named Frederick Boyle as its next finance chief. He succeeds Anthony Kamerick, who will become chief regulatory officer at the energy-delivery firm until he retires next January. Boyle is a former CFO of DPL Inc.
Lewis Chew has been named to head finance at Dolby Laboratories Inc., effective June 4. He takes over from Murray Demo, who is retiring. Chew joins the company from National Semiconductor, where he most recently was CFO and senior vice president, finance.
Ferro Corp. has appointed Jeffrey Rutherford CFO. He replaces Thomas Miklich, who will be an adviser to the firm until July 7. Previously, Rutherford was CFO at Park-Ohio Holdings Corp.
Data-center consulting and managed-services provider GlassHouse Technologies has selected Jeff Wakely to lead the finance function. He joins the company from TechTarget Inc., where he was CFO and treasurer.
Steven Mills will become finance chief at renewable products firm Amyris Inc., effective May 2. He succeeds Jeryl Hilleman, who said last year that she would leave the company. Mills is a former CFO of Archer Daniels Midland Co. and most recently was senior executive vice president, performance and growth, at the company.
Market-research company Harris Interactive Inc. has named Eric Narowski to the top finance spot. Narowski, who has been interim CFO since June 2011, will also remain principal accounting officer and global controller at the firm.
