CFOs on the Move: Week Ending January 20

Mark Rubash has resigned from the top finance spot at Shutterfly Inc., effective February 24. President and CEO Jeff Housenbold and chief accounting officer Brian Manca will take over for Rubash while a search for his replacement is under way.

Marketing services and technology firm Acxiom Corp. has named Warren Jenson CFO. Most recently chief operating officer of Silver Spring Networks, he is a former CFO of Delta Air Lines,, NBC, and Electronic Arts.

Holding company CNO Financial Group has appointed Frederick Crawford to lead the finance function. Most recently, he was executive vice president and head of corporate development and investments at Lincoln Financial Group.

Finance chief Kevin Bisson has resigned from multiscreen-video company SeaChange International. The firm expects to name his successor shortly.

Mercury Computer Systems Inc. has appointed Kevin Bisson (see item above) CFO and treasurer. He takes over from Robert Hult, who is retiring.

Marguerite Duffy plans to retire as head of finance at restaurant company Ruby Tuesday Inc., effective June 5. The company has begun a search to replace Duffy, who has been CFO since 2001.

Solairus Aviation has appointed Mark Dennen to the top finance spot, effective next month. He joins the aviation asset-management firm from Key Air, where he also was CFO.
