CFOs on the Move: Week Ending March 25

Martin Klein has been appointed finance chief at Genworth Financial Inc. He will join the firm on April 11 and take over as CFO after the company files its
10-Q for the first quarter. Klein currently serves as managing director of Barclays Capital.

Holli Nichols has resigned as head of finance at power company Dynegy Inc. Charles Cook, executive vice president, commercial operations and market analytics, will become interim CFO.

GenMark Diagnostics Inc. has named Paul Ross to the top finance spot, effective April 4. He is presently CFO of Teledata Technology Solutions.

Ann Brady has been named the first CFO of software-testing company uTest Inc. She formerly led finance at Art Technology Group.

Solar-module manufacturer First Solar Inc. has appointed Mark Widmar as its new finance chief, effective April 4. He succeeds interim CFO James Zhu, who will return to his post as chief accounting officer. Previously, Widmar was CFO and president of the engineered solutions division of Graftech International Ltd.

Baldwin Technology Co. has named Ivan Habibe CFO and treasurer, effective April 4. He comes to the company, a supplier of equipment to the printing and packaging industries, from Russell Hobbs Inc., where he also served as CFO.

Finance chief Tom Donnelly has been promoted to president of Digital River Inc. Donnelly, who joined the company in 2005 as treasurer and vice president of finance, will also remain head of finance until a replacement is found.

ZAP has named Benjamin Zhu Li Dong to lead the finance function at the electric-car company and its subsidiary Jonway Automobile. He replaces William Hartman, who will stay on in his role as corporate secretary. Most recently, Zhu was deputy CFO of Beijing Auto, Foton.

Wireless broadband-services provider Clearwire Corp. has promoted CFO Erik Prusch to chief operating officer, a newly created post. Treasurer Hope Cochran will take over from Prusch in the top finance spot.
