- In on the Secret: Intimate Brands Inc., the Columbus, Ohio- based parent of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works stores, named beverage bottling executive Tracey Thomas Travis as CFO. Travis was previously CFO at Rexam Beverage Can Americas. He succeeds Michael Newman, who left the women’s apparel and personal-care company at the end of 2000.
- San Antonio, Tex.-based Tesoro Petroleum Corp., a refiner and marketer of petroleum products and marine logistics services, has refueled its executive team with the appointment of Greg Wright as SVP and CFO. Prior to his appointment, Wright was the company’s SVP of financial resources. The company also announced the appointment of Sharlene Fey as VP and controller, succeeding Don Heep, who assumed the position of SVP of planning.
- TRW Inc., a provider of products and services for the aerospace, information systems and automotive markets, said its EVP and CFO Carl Miller is taking off. Miller’s retirement from the Cleveland-based company will be effective when the company finds his replacement.
- Minneapolis-based filtration systems maker Donaldson Co. Inc. just brought in William Cook as its new CFO. Prior to his appointment, Cook had been SVP of the company’s international division. He will keep responsibility for international operations in his new job. Cook replaces Thomas VanHimbergen, who resigned in January.
- He’s One of a Kind: ImClone Systems Inc., a New York- based research and development company that focuses on cancer treatments, announced that Daniel S. Lynch has joined the company as VP of finance and CFO. Most recently, Lynch served as CFO of Derby Cycle Corp., a Stamford, Conn.-based manufacturer of branded bikes. Through mid-1999, he served as VP of finance for the U.S. pharmaceuticals, worldwide medicines group at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.
- Packaged Deal: The Arctic Group announced the appointment of Keith McMahon as CFO, effective April 17. Prior to joining the Winnipeg, Manitoba-based packaged ice products manufacturer, McMahon served at Canadian Wheat Board, most recently as VP of accounting and corporate controller. McMahon replaces former CFO Bill Robertson.
- Taking a Bow: Bowridge Resource Group Inc. announced the promotion of Brent J. Conway to VP of finance and CFO. Conway joined the Calgary, Alberta-based oil-and-gas service company in 1993 as corporate controller. His past experience includes audit management and corporate financial consulting.
