  • R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings, Inc.’s EVP and CFO Kenneth J. Lapiejko earned $391,667 in salary, $417,000 in bonus, $85,377 in other compensation and $761,676 in exercised options, according to the Winston-Salem, N.C.-based company’s recently released proxy filing. Total Compensation: $1,655,720. In 1999, Lapiejko took home $322,902 in salary, $305,000 in bonus and $73,194 in all other compensation.
  • Juno Lighting Inc.’s treasurer and VP of finance George J. Bikek took home $206,808 in salary, $9,975 in bonus and $10,400 in all other compensation in 2000. Total Compensation: $227,183. In the previous year, Bikek earned $196,923 in salary, $156,439 in bonus and $10,400 in all other compensation, at the Des Plaines, Ill.- based maker of light fixtures.
  • Duke Weeks Realty Corp.’s EVP, treasurer and CAO Dennis D. Oklak earned $220,000 in salary, $300,000 in bonus, $5,100 in other compensation and $262,500 in exercised options, according to the company’s recently released proxy filing. Total Compensation: $787,600. In the previous year, Oklak earned $196,000 in salary, $275,000 in bonus and $6,184 in all other compensation at the Indianapolis-based real estate investment trust.
  • Allen Telecom Inc.’s VP of finance James L. LePorte III took home $200,000 in salary, $63,000 in bonus, $9,617 in other compensation as well as $165,569 in exercised options, according to the company’s recently released proxy filing. Total Compensation: $438,186. In 1999, LePorte III earned $183,000 in salary, $18,300 in bonus and $9,077 in other compensation at the Beachwood, Ohio-based provider of mobile communications equipment. Allen Telecom recently reported sales of $106.9 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2000, an increase of 17 percent over the comparable quarter last year.
  • Granite State Bankshares, Inc.’s EVP and CFO William G. Pike earned $156,000 in salary, $44,656 in bonus and $8,959 in all other compensation, according to the company’s recently released proxy filing. Total Compensation: $209,615. In the previous year, Pike earned $146,440 in salary, $41,735 in bonus and $7,273 in all other compensation at the Keene, N.H.-based holding company for Granite Bank.
  • Amistar Corp.’s CFO William W. Holl earned $143,000 in salary and $11,490 in all other compensation, according to the most recent proxy filed by the San Marcos, Calif.-based producer of automatic equipment. Total Compensation: $154,490. Holl earned the same compensation in the previous year. Amistar’s net sales for the three months ending Dec. 31, 2000 were $4,248,000 as compared to $4,107,000 for the same quarter in 1999. Net sales for the 12 months ending Dec. 31, 2000 were $18,519,000 as compared to $15,071,000 for 1999.
