- Man of Steel: Wyomissing, Pa.-based stainless steel producer Carpenter Technology Corp. appointed Terrence E. Geremski to the posts of SVP of finance and CFO. The former Guilford Mills Inc. CFO replaces G. Walton Cottrell, who will become SVP of strategic planning.
- No more bankers’ hours for Scot Brunke. The former J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. investment banker was named CFO of Bryn Mawr, Pa.-based RMH Teleservices Inc., a customer relationship management and E-commerce services firm. Brunke replaces Noah Asher, who resigned.
- He’s Got Some Nerve: Michael Hunt was named CFO and secretary of ReNeuron Holdings. He joins the London-based biotech firm from Biocompatibles International.
- Setting a New Standard: Union Carbide Corp. CFO John K. Wulff was named to a five-year term on the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Effective July 1, Wulff will succeed outgoing member Gaylen Larsen, former chief accounting officer of Household international Inc.
