- Clothes Call: W. Lee Capps III was named VP of finance and CFO of apparel maker Kellwood Co. He succeeds Gerald M. Chaney, who left the St. Louis-based firm to become CFO of Polo Ralph Lauren. Capps was previously Kellwood’s VP of corporate development and president of its operating services division.
- Team Player: National TechTeam Inc. announced the year-end retirement of president and CEO Harry A. Lewis. VP and CFO M. Anthony Tam will step in as president and COO of the Southfield, Mich.-based technology support company.
- Joseph A. Beatty is the focal point of company news at Focal Communications Corp. The Chicago-based broadband communications company announced his retirement as executive VP and CFO. He will stay at the company until it finds his replacement. In a company statement, Beatty said he wanted to spend more time with his family. Last year he made $314,000.
