CFOs on the Move: Week Ending July 29

Ronald Domanico has been named to lead the finance function at The Brink’s Co., succeeding Joseph Dziedzic. Most recently, Domanico was senior vice president, strategic initiatives and capital markets, at Recall Holdings.

Controller and chief accounting officer Robert MacKay has been appointed interim CFO of S&P Global, effective Aug. 5. He replaces Jack Callahan, who announced his resignation in June.

FairPoint Communications has promoted Karen Turner to the top finance spot. She takes over for Ajay Sabherwal, who resigned to become finance chief at FTI Consulting. Turner, who joined the firm in 2014, had been executive vice president, operational support.

Craig Felenstein has been chosen to lead the finance function at Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, effective Sept. 6. Previously, he was senior vice president of investor relations and strategic finance at Shutterstock.

Health New England has selected Michael Marrone to head finance. He comes to the nonprofit health plan from Aetna, where he was CFO of the New England market.

Financial holding company UMB Financial has named Ram Shankar finance chief. He is a former managing director of First Niagara Financial Group.

James McCabe will take over the top finance spot at Triumph Group, effective Aug. 8. Most recently, he was CFO as well as president, shared services, at Steel Partners Holdings.

Methode Electronics has appointed John Hrudicka CFO and vice president of corporate finance, replacing the retiring Douglas Koman. Previously, Hrudicka led the finance function at Titan International.

Daniel Sullivan has been chosen to head finance at Party City Holdco. He takes over for Michael Correale, who will become treasurer and chief accounting officer, effective Aug. 29. Formerly, Sullivan was CFO and executive vice president-finance at Ahold USA.

Medical-device provider AngioDynamics has named Michael Greiner to the top finance spot, effective Aug. 16. He had been finance chief at Extreme Reach.
