Real estate investment trust Ashford Hospitality Trust has promoted senior vice president of finance Deric Eubanks to the dual posts of CFO and treasurer. He replaces David Kimichik, who will retire on June 13.
Peter Kellogg has been named to the top finance spot at biopharmaceutical firm Celgene, effective Aug. 1 (he will join the firm on July 1). Kellogg, who previously was CFO at Merck, takes over from Jacqualyn Fouse, who was promoted to president of Celgene’s hematology and oncology division.
Ocwen Financial has named Michael Bourque, Jr., to lead the finance function, effective June 2. He will succeed John Britti, who has been named chief investment officer. Bourque joins the company from General Electric, where most recently he headed finance at GE Distributed Power.
Wolf Lehman has resigned as finance chief of laminate manufacturer and distributor Wilsonart International. A search is under way for his replacement; in the meantime, global controller Lloyd George will serve as interim CFO.
Career Education Corp. has named Reid Simpson to the top finance spot. He takes over from Colleen O’Sullivan, who is leaving the company. Formerly, Simpson headed finance at Asset Acceptance Capital.
Finance chief Kenneth Tarpey will retire from analytics firm comScore, effective in August. A search is under way for his successor.
Electric-transmission firm ITC Holdings has announced that CFO Cameron Bready has resigned, effective June 20. Rejji Hayes, vice president of finance and treasurer, will become interim CFO.
Polycom has named Laura Durr finance chief. Durr, who has been interim CFO since March, has been at the videoconferencing-systems maker since 2004 and has been principal accounting officer, a post she will retain, since 2005.
Software provider Allegro Development has appointed Gary Ito to lead the finance function. Most recently, he was managing director of MDS Financial Group.
IEC Electronics has promoted Michael Williams to the top finance spot. He succeeds Vincent Leo, who will return to consultancy Insero & Co., where he is a principal. Williams joined the company in February as vice president, finance, a title he will also keep.
