It makes perfect sense, then, that SHI International is urging companies to keep their IT staffers in the loop when making the change to cloud services. In addition to cloud services, the New Jersey company sells IT products and services, for which it has undoubtedly needed to build relationships with IT departments.
“Well-intentioned people can put their company at risk when they go around IT with their cloud initiatives,” Ed McNamara of SHI told ZDNet.
